yes, it's possible, but being paroled is different than being bonded out of jail. You serve parole in lieu of serving your jail/prison sentence. Having your bond guaranteed just means that you agree to show up for your court date or you forfeit the money/collateral that guarantees your bond.

the important distinction is that parole is in response to a conviction, while Chris is still technically innocent because he's not been convicted in court yet. he's got a court date still and can still serve prison time, depending on the outcome of his future legal battles.
