He had his phone when he got arrested.
He just needs to charge it and get it switched back on (if he got his property back) as the battery will be beyond dead and I doubt his bill was being paid, although if his Tugboat didnt get stopped and he had a direct debit its possible, if he was on a contract, but its probably expired by now.
Still if he got his stuff in the little bag they give you he just has to find a charger and get a data plan.

Unless Chris magically shows up on the Internet I’m going with he got a “medical” bailed out, in where the halfway house/care facility would actually pay/sponsor the bail. My reason for thinking this is because he got a transportation order which traditionally if you bail out they literally just kick you out the front door.

In the entire time Chris has been locked up I don’t remember any talk about bail even being an option? Wasn’t he held without bail? I think the judge allowed this just so Chris can go get proper mental health care because obviously in jail is not the best place for him.
I mean jail is a good place for him because it gets him off the fucking internet but also I doubt anyone’s really pushing against his delusions of grandeur/talking to make believe hedgehogs.

Started on this before I learned he’s in a group home and not just standing on the sidewalk homeless.

I tried to look up Virginia legal code that deals with bails and I couldn't find anything about medical bail:

Code of Virginia Code - Chapter 9. Bail and Recognizances

Is there any instance in which this has happened in Virginia before?
 
I wonder where the place he's being transported to is. If they create a public record for the transportation, it's likely to be a long way away. I wonder if it's even in Virginia? Shipping him to a retard farm in Idaho to dig up potatoes would certainly keep him from returning to 14 BC.
