Sorry if someone already posted this, I'd have responded to that instead of just posting it again.

I just think it's interesting the next currently scheduled hearing date remains 8/8/2023, exactly a year after the deferral. I believe that 8/8/2023 has been there for a while despite there actually being other review hearings appearing from time to time on the docket.

That might be the date of a final resolution, whether it's deciding the Teflon Tard walks or whether he's fucked up enough to have to go to trial.

I don't think they'd have released him if he'd already fucked up though.

I guess what happens now depends on whether his tard wranglers are less retarded than he is and can successfully wrangle him.

I think on that date, they're supposed to look at Chris and see if he's been adhering to some restrictions placed on him by the court, such as a prohibition on him visiting Barb. The court wasn't expecting it to be so difficult to find a place to house Chris. He remained in jail so he had no choice but to stay away from Barb, but that doesn't really prove anything about Chris because he wasn't staying away from Barb on his own. He was staying away because he was physically locked in a jail cell.

Literally locking him up or restraining him in some way is the only way he won't tard out and commit crimes in public. It's not like he's expressed any regret at raping his mom or even realizes it was wrong. Like his other tardouts, he won't learn anything other than that he can't specifically rape Barb.

I hope the tard wranglers are capable of protecting more disabled tards from this sick pervert.

Most homes would still be weary of Chris, that's probably why it took so long for them to find him a bed. He's a delusional possible rapist who has trouble with authority and has an online following of harassers (and it doesn't take a lot of Christorical knowledge to know that), not really a patient homes would be clambering to house.
Not to mention he radiates an aura of "Please Kick Seven Kinds of Shit Out of My Insane Troon Ass" to every other inmate that gets within range of him. To know Chris is to be annoyed by Chris. This isn't a good character trait when you are surrounded by felons and fellow autists.

Is he dead? As in someone killed him? We have not seen or heard anything from him since his release. It's odd, maybe he's just worried about giving out info.
There is no guarantee he has any access to internet in a group/boarding home. Most only have if lucky a communal computer unless you have moeny to kit your room out with stuff which is unlikely because your benefits go to the home and you if lucky get a measely 30 dollar or so monthly allottment.

Oh, I think he may have learned a few other things while locked up. Like how to mix sodas together like a five year old at a movie theater, how to make ramen noodles in a plastic bottle, how to stare at a wall while waiting for food like the circus chimp he is, or how to stare at a wall waiting to be unrestrained after freaking out like the circus chimp he is. Oh, even better, how to stare at a wall not knowing when he will be turned loose again to entertain the masses with his autistic lunacy and general circus chimpery.

I can't see how it wouldn't be the final court date. Chris has been in treatment for significant amount of time. Now in theory, he's being sent to a group home of some sort. In almost six months, they'll reconvene and go over the long term results of Chris's treatment and see whether he's settled into a stable tard lifestyle. If everything is hunky dory, then they'll plead guilty, sentence to time served and withdraw from Chris's care.

If Chris gets doxxed and is invaded by an uncontrollable stream of weens, or starts causing trouble at the home (caught diddling non verbal fellow tards), who knows what will happen?

There's always time for another saga.

Actually that's what happens if he fucks up. If he passes, under Va. Code 19.2-303.6, the charges get dismissed. It's a deferred disposition meaning if he passes whatever probationary treatment he's on, he walks.
