Most group homes and boarding homes do not they are all trained staff albiet most less trained then others. And considering they are run by mental health professionals they are under HIPPA.

Autistic nitpick here, the law is actually called HIPAA, meaning Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. It's about accountability not hippopotamuses.

I highly recommend institutionalizing yourself in the Virginia mental health system for the keks.

It's probably harder to do nowadays but people have actually done that in the past to learn about conditions in asylums. One example is Nellie Bly, a reporter who did so in 1887 and described horrible conditions, bringing light to the mistreatment of the mentally ill in New York City at that time. The Rosenhan experiment from 1973 is more famous and I was taught about it in college, but apparently it was a hoax. Strangely, in 2004, another psychologist claimed to have repeated the experiment, but she apparently lied about that too. Lying about this sort of thing seems like quite an unusual pattern.
Nonetheless, I would be interested to read accounts of anyone who was incarcerated at the jail when Chris was there, or from people who live at his group home, or family of those people. I think that's a long shot though.

Chris is not the type of person who stays of the internet voluntarily. Besides, About 2 months before his release, Gateway homes was in contact with the court to have him moved there. Its very likely that he lives in a group home or so.

I don't really get why people are keep asking where Chris is. If you wanna know, go look for him. Most people here are living in the states and possible in Virginia.
