And what'll really suck for him is that he'll have no choice. If Chris spergs and chimps out throwing a fit claiming to be above manual labor. The staff will confine him to a quiet room with only a cot and maybe some bare essentials like a book or two or some toy cars and figures to keep his mind occupied (and a far cry from his old hoarde and they wouldn't even be his own) then when his time out is up they'd try again.


If he continues to refuse to get on the ball then the home can threaten to send a bad report to the court. Any test like that would've had to be done right after chris was arrested or the defense would argue that her condition got worse over time, so if she was deemed too impaired to consent then they should have pressed rape charges back before the case was sealed. Beside that I doubt they'd be able to just let her live alone without any one to help. Wouldn't they also be required to put her in some kind of assisted living situation?

I was always under the impression that Barb hammed up how "out of it" she was on camera whenever Chris grifted for donos. She's just conniving enough to know if she acts like a feeble, senile old woman the weens might feel bad and give extra money. I'm probably wrong though, but at least that's the impression I got from the times Chris put Barb on camera to beg for money.

The two most relevant parts there are CONVICTED and PRISON
Chris has never been convicted and jail is not prison, a distinction maybe lost on the average poster but not on the Legal System.
Legallly, as written, there is nothing that cuts off or invalidates the Tards Tugboat as of yet, Habeus Corpus violating 2 year imprisonment without trial doesn't cut it.

The prison part doesn't even matter, just being convicted and sentenced to 30+ days after the fact. The length of the sentence determines whether you go to jail or prison so that's why the guide references both. If someone was convicted and just sentenced to probation or time served, there'd be no interruption either.

Heilberg certainly waived his right to a speedy trial for Chris' benefit, which is why he was in jail for so long. There's no doubt he committed this offense, so this not only gave his lawyer time to prepare an effective defense that could potentially lead to a deferred disposition or reduced charges, but also lets Chris earn credit for time served in jail.

That's the other part - especially for a crime like this, jail is a much better environment than serving the same time in prison would be. The vast majority of inmates in the jail are in for minor stuff and just want to get out. They aren't going to go after somebody like Chris and risk even more time in jail or prison. It still sounds like he was in PC as a precaution though.

Bundychu was hysterical, and yes, Chris did originally get the idea from Joshua Wise or one of his cohorts, but he continued with it long after they were ousted. Chris did not idolize him as a serial killer, though; Chris thought Ted Bundy was an innocent man who was falsely accused. One of his justifications for believing this was that Bundychu had been living peacefully in Cwcville for decades since his death in 1218, and he had yet to go on any killing sprees over there.
