I think he got it confused with that big green thing chucking something.

Anyway, I wonder if it's a war between Sasara Land and the Mushroom Kingdom, likely over sort of misunderstanding. And since Bowser's there maybe it's some kind of "wE nEeD yOuR hElP" thing so they free him from captivity. Sounds kinda fun.

If they're gonna do something like that, the people could end up lifting the concept for Mario 3 and even Hotel Mario as one of the big plot elements where Bowser escapes from captivity just to hire koopalings to build warships to go to war against Mario, Luigi and the Mushroom Kingdom while also building the luxury hotel for Brooklyn
