Nothing wrong with giant women.I was a Peach main for 64, but once Rosalina became available that's who I always go with.

Is the DS game still worth playing today? Bought that recently out of curiosity and because it wasn't expensive, but I assume you can no longer play it online.I always loved 64 and the DS game.
Rainbow Road 64 was like magic to me as a young child.

I don’t even remember who I mained. All I remember was the last Mario Kart I played I spent a lot of time playing as Waluigi riding on a Mr. Scooty because the visual of him riding on tiny scooter with those long ass legs and waving around his arms and laughing maniacally was hilarious to me.
I've been a Bowser main since 64, with Wario and Donkey Kong being my other favorites (I've always preferred the heavy characters).I was a Peach main for 64, but once Rosalina became available that's who I always go with.
Yeah it's a great game! You'll have a good time.Is the DS game still worth playing today? Bought that recently out of curiosity and because it wasn't expensive, but I assume you can no longer play it online.

It also has an actual challenge requirement for a three star GP. You need to come in first place in all four races and you need to have ten coins in your possession at the end of all four races. It's not easy.
Am I thinking of Mario Kart 7?Coins aren't in grand prix in the ds game, you can get 3 star easily if you master snaking.
A custom amount of laps per race would be nice for VS mode. I feel like they had that in one of the older games.Rainbow Road 64 looks so nice in 8 that they put it on the Deluxe box art, but I hate that you only do one loop around the track. Doing the whole three laps might've been too much for this sort of game but I would've been happy with two actual laps instead of the checkpoints used. I even tried driving backwards once on time trial mode, thinking that I could at least fakethe experience of driving around the course twice. But there's a ramp you can't drive behind right at the start, so I couldn't even theoretically test it out
You're thinking of Double Dash!! it allowed you to set a custom lap number from 1 to 9 for VS Mode, sadly it applied the setting evenly on every track.A custom amount of laps per race would be nice for VS mode. I feel like they had that in one of the older games.
Every coin you collect gives you a mini-turbo regardless of your total coin count. What are the coins for in Mario Kart?
>basicallyI still love that you could basically cheat rainbow road in 64 by jumping off the side and landing on the other side
I don't think I even got to the Special Cup in the original, my first time playing it was through the base version of MK8. I think there's worse ones out there, personally.Gimme all your negative ratings if you must, I’m ready.
The original version of N64 Rainbow Road is the worst track in the series.
Not the same. Original version is 3 laps and the entire track is guardrailed, The only challenge is avoiding Chainless Chomps.I don't think I even got to the Special Cup in the original, my first time playing it was through the base version of MK8. I think there's worse ones out there, personally.
Raaaaawr stay on the track!!The Donkey Kong stages were always fun especially N64 and Double Dash. The cannon shooting you out lol, and the jungle path leading into the big cave
Tho fuck those spike balls that shoot at you from the sides.
