Just a month ago Chris was discharged and he regained all his fat. I wonder where and with whom he resides now.

Here's a theory: maybe he's just receiving paratransit services instead of at a group home? Most cities that have social service agencies offer rides for the elderly and/or disabled so they can run errands.

It's entirely possible that that's the origin of the van and that he's not in a group home setting at all.

Van outings are used for a lot of things. I think we're jumping the gun assuming he's at Gateway tbh.

They live in North Chesterfield, which is about 5-6 miles away from where that WalMart is. They also live in a old folks community of detached houses.

He was wearing his medallion when he got arrested and I assume they'd give it back to him after he was released. It could be new, these images aren't the highest quality so it's hard to tell. If it is new it could be one of those medallions Praetor is hocking on Etsy.

i wonder if being away from the horde helped him recover mentally even slightly, because before, his existence was attached to that horde and he horded a lot.
when he first got arrested he probably considered and obessed over the horde and wanted to get it back, after over 2 years, he's probably accepted he's not getting it back and moved on.
