I doubt there's anyone doing that.

Chris has never been able to comprehend that his own actions are what get him into trouble. For him, there's always a villain out to get him. Chris can be told "you're locked up because you fucked your mom" and what he'll actually hear is "you're locked up because of your mom". It took a while, but Chris finally put the pieces together in the most self serving and retarded way possible.

He should plan to say nothing except “Yes, your honor” and let his lawyer say everything else. Judges are used to autistics saying dumb shit, so it wouldn’t be that big of a deal if he sperged a little, but the hospital and his lawyer have almost definitely told him not to yak in court.

He has pled guilty and taken an alford plea before, so there’s precedent in favor of him behaving.

This part really rustles my jimmies, worst case scenario Chris is lying and trying to put the blame on his mother (Despite claiming it wasn’t sex earlier) and if he’s telling the truth it’s really gross plus he’s blaming his mother for him having sex with her.

Chris dressing up as Mr. Popo and him not including black women in his attraction sign were pretty telling.

Deflecting things were the Weston (mainly) Chandler way. If true, Barb paints herself as really vile, even if she said that in a joking way (why I wouldn't know why Barb would), and of course with Chris' 'tism, he would pick that up as a sign to do it. Why wait after 10 years, I don't know (again, could be the 'tism).

Chris barely interacted with the internet in 2012, or for a while after, and while he continued to overshare, he was nowhere near as open as he was in 2008. It's definitely possible he's lying, there were certainly other opportunities to bring it up, like the other references to incest over the years, but he wasn't sharing a lot at the time or for a long time after, it's not impossible it just never came up in his autist brain as something he needed to share.

Of course having sex with your elderly mom who is in your care is beyond disgusting for innumerable reasons no matter what she might have said ten years ago and Chris is a piece of shit for that regardless of any other factors.
