Seeing as how Chris struggled to memorize his appearance in a mirror, that seems to be the case.

This is a guy who was duped into thinking that at least 3 clearly different girls were all "Blanca Weiss".

(It likely has to do with "face blindness" that autistics can have.)

Well, that second part could theoretically be attributed to wishful thinking. @Lorne Armstrong can attest to the fact that an infamous predator deluded himself into believing pictures of 3 different little girls were the same person. Or maybe it was the fetal alcohol syndrome.

Do you think that will he possible if they are setting him up with a cocktail of meds? Will he even have the energy to continue chasing his flights of fancy while taking sedatives or anti-psychotics?

For instance, if someone is a schizophrenic, and is suffering under some sort of delusion, do pills merely sedate those notions? Or do they in general go away? Or is it a case by case basis? Keep in mind I am not saying Chris is a schizo, but perhaps the medication is similar?

Chris may have just had the system thrown at him to the point in which he doesn't even see a point, at least in continuing Sonichu and all of his imagination. What does he do if that all ends? It's a hell of a mid-life crisis, to be sure.

Schizos are different from folks with odd beliefs. Like a schizo will have auditory hallucinations that eg. A voice they can hear as clearly as you hear the birds outside. The meds will treat that. Their mind will also be "shattered" and meds will treat that. The voices the schizo will hear can range from alien lizards to their bestie plotting to kill them. The point is they are hearing things that aren't there and their brains are all a jumbled and it's not really something you can debate someone out of


However, if a dude just believes alien lizards exist and reads some youtube and gets it in his head from some nong alien lizards are plotting to take over the earth with fluoride water meds will not cure that : that is a belief. It makes me wonder if Chris actually has some kind of altered perception of himself. Like I wonder if he sees a woman when he looks in the mirror, or thinks he looks feminine, or whatever. I always assumed for men with prominent male features that it must be difficult. Chris makes minimal effort to look feminine in the first place and his genetics don't do him any favors there.

Like @ToroidalBoat points out, Chris is known to suffer from facial blindness. It's a real medical condition which renders the person unable to remember faces. Chris' inability to remember the faces of acquaintances and "friends" is a matter of public record; whether he can recognize himself or not is still up for debate, but if you check the Christorical literature you'll find speculative passages like the following:

Something I just noticed about the pic. His jail shirt is fucking filthy. Look at them side by side again and not how the newly issued shirt is nearly spotless yet after almost a year there's dirt practically embedded into the fabric.

Like I get Chris is a lazy dumbass who probably doesn't even know how to use a washing machine but don't jails have some laundry? The only reason his uniform should be that dirty is either cvrj is a shot jail that doesn't have any laundry service for its inmates or he hasn't bothered washing it in almost a year.

When I was in jail for a bit they'd come around with a bag and you'd put all your prison clothes except what you had on in it and guys on a work detail would wash them.

Where do we really get that, though? There was that one phone call where he said something about how he'd seen burning crosses, as some kind of vague threat, and one dad joke about Obama. He hung around with Korean Christians and was a UN supporter (probably specifically because of his participation in the Korean conflict).

I wouldn't be surprised if either Bob or Barb or both were at least casual racists but I haven't seen much indicating he was some kind of hardcore Klansman.
