May 3, 2022 - Chris returned to CVRJ

Chris looks defeated.

I'm not sure if we want to hear from him anymore.

His look says enough, at least if he was smiling it would minimize some of the damage but if he actually shows remorse or at least an understanding that he's in deep crap, he's still in jail and we're not.
aww, c'mon! Aren't you looking forward to seeing all of his Jailhouse Tats. I wonder how the Motherfucker wut Fucks his own Mother is making out in Jail on Mother's Day?

If he ever ended up in prison genpop, he would probably fare like Jared Fogel did.

I think if he just picked up a dumbell for a few hours a day, not even a big one, just one of those little 5lb ones that soccer moms carry on their powerwalks, he might actually start to look like a regular person considering how he's slimmed up already.

Can't wait for the next mugshot where he's ripped and has a teardrop tattoo, maybe at some point he'll join a gang or something and we'll get to see the chest tat saying "EQUESTRIA IS FOR THE WHITES" or "NO NIGGOS ON MOBIUS"

Here's the best I could do with a combination of AI and manual editing. Think it looks better than the previous upscale, at least.
EDIT: Replaced it with a version that has improved colors.

Chris' dead eyed stare actually encouraged me to make this edit and an account to post this.

They don’t shave hippie dudes unless there’s bugs growing in there.
I do not think they do this anymore, but it used to be not so long ago that they gave people short haircuts in mental institutions to keep them tidy as short hair is easier to clean and people with psychiatric issues often have poor hygiene.

It’s not done anymore. They all have rights and shit now.

A few days old, but I will say that I had a relative that did a decade of hard time. Early in his stay before being sentenced, he came down with a case of mrsa and had to be sent to a hospital. Obviously not the same scenario as Chris, but he described it as the best part of his entire incarceration. He was able to order room service, had access to television etc. keep in mind that this individual was locked up for a much more severe crime than Chris.
I don’t know how things are done in Virginia, but there is a chance that he had a somewhat cushy gig while he was away and that could be why he doesn’t look so happy to be sent back

I would like to think he might be able to show a LITTLE remorse after his experience in the loony bin, but I don't know if three months is enough to overcome 40 years of mental decay and delusion. Whatever medication they gave him might have mellowed him out, but I think at his core Chris is still Chris, albeit a defeated one as you described. I don't think he feels bad about what he did to Barb. I think he just feels really sad and bad that for the first time in his life throwing a tantrum fully and completely backfired. Of course, we don't know for sure if he actually threw one this time but considering that he threw one the first time he was in jail I wouldn't put it past him to do it again. IIRC, when he and Barb were both in jail for hitting Michael Snyder with their car, Chris screamed while kicking his cell door with both his feet until they let him see his mother. Actually let me look it up on the CWCki real quick.

Yup here it is.

"I was driven to, entered and thrown into a cell block. At first for a while, I was as melodramatic and sane as Daria, then I started going crazy, I shouted television talk and songs at random; took off my shirt due to the heat; pretended to be a genie with light brown hair for a while, and made an acquaintance with the stainless steel sink with a hex-shaped bowl. I prayed a LOT to Jesus for my release and safe return home with my mother. And I banged the cell door with both my feet while lying on a folding mattress on the floor (to get those bastards to let me see and talk to my mother Eventually, my mother arrived, tried to post bail, but there were errors."

Granted, things are VERY different this time around. His mother wasn't there to shout for, his bed I would guess was nailed to the floor (or wall), instead of praying to Jesus he thinks he IS Jesus, and he's been in for MUCH longer than he was for the Snyder incident so who knows. It could have been WORSE than last time. Bah, after knowing so much about him for so long it's frustrating to know so little. I hope we get a letter soon.

These are the kinds of things I’m still mildly curious about, just from an armchair psychologist perspective. Has anybody impressed upon him why it’s not ok to fuck your very elderly mother, or is he still in “sexual healing” land. Does he take any responsibility in this yet, or is he still more upset that he got snitched on by his “friends”.

Yeah! Did he double down on his egotistical delusions and consider the jerkounselors trying to brainwash him as a divine test?

Did the combination of meds and stress finally force him to make a ring and medallion-less "confession" that he's not the most powerful being in the multiverse?

Assuming they threw him back in the same 2 star suite in the jail-o-fail, how's his cope with blunted innate meditation powers?

I'm guessing he'd want to run from reality faster than ever only he's wearing cement shoes. Still, this is Chris, I'm sure he'll find a way. The question is what baffling and bizarre thing will be simmering on the back-burner until he's finally allowed to speak his t&h thoughts.
