McDonalds - I'm Lovin' It

lol no; I actually stopped eating there for a few months because they stretched the time that breakfast runs to like 11:30 the one time I craved them again. I always found that breakfast at a fast food joint sucks shit in terms of value for what you get (you pay more for less usually given you get less sides and a smaller entree), and McD's is probably the biggest offender. It'd just be better to go elsewhere (Hardee's has a better value to what you get for example) or make a quick screw-it meal if needed (which I've had to do a lot of).

I agree - you'd be better off going to a kebab shop or local diner and getting twice as much food for the same price but some retarded people don't plan out their days so that they have the time to enjoy themselves.

It's either McDonald's or Soylent with some of the hardworking middleclass nowadays. Their communities don't actually have non-chain restaurants so McD's is the best they've got.

Find a small Chinese place instead. From the experiences I've had with independent Chinese restaurants, the food is a hidden gem.

Panda Express is good, too, but you can find pretty much all of their food at independent places (so what they offer isn't too special).

Panda Express kinda sucks imo.

Yeah little Chinese take out places are great in a pinch but I think I’m just spoiled on eating authentic Chinese food most of my life. Like for more I’m even curious to know what style of Chinese food they’re making, if it’s just American Chinese food that’s fine itself, but usually the chefs aren’t from here and and add their own little flair to that in and of itself at a quality restaurant. I particularly enjoy Szechuan and Hunan cuisine because spicy food is my go to. Dan Dan Noodles might be my favorite food in the entire world. Shangdong and Guangzhou cuisine is great if you like seafood, although I guess I do change the flavor a bit as I ask for garlic butter sauce with any seafood dish that isn’t deep fried. Hui (Chinese Muslim) cuisine is surprisingly good and I have a place near my house that serves it for somewhat cheap. Beijing cuisine is usually overpriced but Peking Duck is probably my second favorite dish.

I could rant about Asian food by region all day much less Chinese food...

I can't do McDonald's. Everything they serve just tastes like garbage, even by cheap fast food standards. I see people talking about how at least their fries are good. You people must not have had very good fries in your life if you feel that way. They taste and smell like oversalted wet dog fur. Fried burgers suck also.

Last time I went to McDonald's I'm pretty damn sure I caught the flu from it. One day I had this inordinate craving for some McGriddles for some reason, so I drove down and got some. 24 hours later I had chills and a fever and was effectively bed-ridden with the flu for a solid week afterwards.

I already never go to McDonald's unless there's really nothing else around, but needless to say I'm more wary of going there than ever.

Sometimes I see people's cars lined up in the drive through at 3 am and I wonder why they want to eat that garbage so late. I can't eat there anymore. The one close by has a sickening greasy stench which makes me not want to go inside their building and I can smell it from far away.

Because their even worse breakfast menu starts at 5 AM, and you get more lard for your buck with the lunch menu.

How that stench still keeps them hungry is beyond me. That shit killed my appetite.

I could fuck up a mcchicken right now but I'll definitely go for something better for me since I have the means

The $1 McChicken is their best thing and they're always introducing some dumbass fancy chicken sandwich that costs $5 for putting guacamole on it or some bullshit and it is always shit.

In Czechia they sell these really cheap Chicken Sandwiches that have a really nice, slightly spicy sauce on it. It's godlike and I wish they sold it here.

So how do I drive through there at one in the morning

I used to work at mcdonald and i think it's time to tell you a little thing that happned to me . One time after a long shift we got a call , someone wanted to order 50 bags of sliced apples we all thought it was a crank call but it was company policy to take all orders seriously. two hours pass by we have a bag filled to the brim with apples wrapped in stickers, and this soccer mom comes in to pick up her order of 50 bags of apple slices. Turns out it's cheaper to buy the apples pre cut in mcdonalds than in a super makret. who knew

McRib is back. Been a while since I've had one, couple of years at least.
Was getting some junk food dinner, figured I'd try one for a change. They're pretty good. Makes me want to make cheap pork more.
I remember there was a stretch where they were shorter, like normal burger size. I like these better.

Fun fact: Germany is the only country where you can eat McRib the whole year.

Hey, thanks for the heads up, I haven't had a McRib in years.

Hell yes! The McRib is fancy T.V dinner type of sandwich but it's fucking delicious.

Yup, something about them is just really satisfying.

First time I ate one was as a kid when they were used to promote the live action Flintstones movie.
