Recently, I felt a sharp pain in the right side of my chest randomly while laying down. Should I be worried?

In general it's nuts what people are just okay with doing. They say time moves fast as an adult cause we stop challenging ourselves. I got coworkers who go to bed at a reasonable hour, get no sleep, wake up tired, then drink 6 cups of coffee from 6:30 am to 2pm and wonder why they're dizzy. I fast every day and generally try to go sober. I got anxiety from coffee at some point but it stopped, but obviously that should be a sign that I should quit coffee as well. I mostly drink it (and alcohol) if I'm bored to tears, so it's up there with binge eating which I don't do but yknow, same concept. This short video contains advice provided by an experienced heart surgeon. Irreversible tissue degenerationAnyone ever had mucoid degeneration?? Or know about it?
Doctors determined i had it in the knee, but cant tell me how it happens or what to do. They told me to eat painkillers and dont run.
I tried googling it, but I am none the wiser. Msybe i am just retarded, but I dont even understand what it is. It hurts like hell to walk , and the only thing I want to know is, if it is ok for me to work out and run as usual?
For most people, if a behaviour doesn’t impact their health immediately, they have difficulty conceptualizing the longterm costs associated with it.In general it's nuts what people are just okay with doing.
I’ve never used drugs or alcohol but people who were simply recreational/social users and then decided to give up those vices have told me that living healthy lives by consuming healthy food, getting some exercise, and getting decent sleep is a consistently better feeling and more enjoyable than the ups and downs of drugs and alcohol use.Generally it's just worth it trying to better your life for no other sake than doing it.
- avoid using drugs and alcohol to treat the disorder.Any advice for people with generalized anxiety disorder?
You really should go see a doctor (not a chiropractor). There are so many different causes of back and neck pain.I've got really bad muscle pains in my neck and back. It's been progressively getting worse for a while. At work I change between sitting and standing often but it's not really helping. At the moment I'm having to take far more pain killers than I'd like and it's not doing much.
What is the best thing to do about this?

Do you get any exercise on a daily basis? If not, I recommend that you start going for walks every day. Start out doing what you’re comfortable with and then progressively lengthen the walks over time. That can definitely help with some of the back pain.A GP?
I think it's likely caused by years of IT work and bad posture as my wrists are buggered as well. Also I fall asleep on the couch often and wake up with a sore neck. I have been progressively getting worse for a long time.

This looks fungal or bacterial. Have you seen a dermatologist? Do so, get them to take a skin scrape for you. You should always get rashes here (facial, around nose and cheeks) checked, 99.9% of the time it’s something colonising your skin and 0.1% is something genetic. Ten years is too long to be battling something, go see a derm. In the meantime make sure you’re washing pillowcases on hot (iron then too with steam which kills everything.) and change pillow cases every couple of days.red rash
I remember you posting frequently in the How are doing? thread. In your case, the pain is almost certainly psychogenic and won't go away until your mental state improves. Anxiety, hopelessness and despair are the cause of your issues, and as long as such emotional states are present, so will be the pain.I've got really bad muscle pains in my neck and back.
