The advantage of a 17 with the 19s compact grip, the horror.

The true pointless gun is the g45, why the fuck do you want a fullsize grip zone if you've got a compact barrel? Lunacy.
G45 is my every day carry. With good hollow points a G19 barrel length is well within the velocity threshold for reliable expansion. And having a 17+1 capacity is very very nice, to the point I don't usually have a spare mag on my person. The larger frame does print more, so it might not be an ideal CCW, but as an EDC I get a smaller lighter package while downsizing the amount of shit I have in my pockets.

Its a do it all gun.

Also you seem like a nice guy and everything but if you said grip zone to my face I'd give you a bloody lip. Remove this from your vocabulary immediately.

I don't think it ultimately matters. Someone with a staccato that never trains will get smoked by someone with a stock glock 27 that trains all the time.

sperging about the “poodle shooter” caliber from Uber Fudd Jeff Cooper,
Amazing, he would probably have masturbated chronically to the NGSW program.

. At 25 yards your going to be sending a pattern out with a 3 FOOT spread. Just aim in the general direction of the circled areas and they will catch 30cal buckshot pellets in the face. If they are on your front porch and you Joe Biden blast them in the face though the door they wont even have a head anymore. Plates? Wont matter at all.
This is gonna be my suggestion too.

Now for another autistic bullshit suggestion, but maybe a half-decent one.
Find a Penn Arms or Sentinel Arms Striker-12 shotgun and do the paperwork for it (they got ruled 'Destructive Devices' because of faggotry). $1000 to $2000 or so.

12-Gauge, 12 shells. Some are short like this which is handy, yet they retain their high capacity compared to shotguns with tube magazines. It's basically a big revolver, a double-action one, so you can shoot it pretty quickly by just pulling the trigger fast. As the cylinder is indexed by a spring mechanism you wind up when loading the chambers, the gun is not sensitive to the power of ammo like an automatic is, and since it's a revolver where the shells only sit in the chambers, you could keep it loaded, something which can cause problems for shotguns using detachable drums or box magazines (where the plastic of the shells can slowly squish from the the magazine spring).

The main drawback here is A), the NFA bullshit, B), since it's a revolver you'll kind of feel some gas vent out from the cylinder housing from the gap between the cylinder and the barrel, and C), the reloading would take a while.
However, it's going to be cheaper and much better suited to home defense compared to a .50BMG rifle, just deal with the mild discomfort, and finally, 12 shotgun shells is a LOT, most pumps and automatics max out 8+1 or so.

Combine with a mace/OC spray system and a gasmask.

Figured I'd post some old pics of my gats.

Hopefully this year I either add a new full sized pistol/revolver or a shotgun to the mix. I'm thinking either a Model 10 S&W for a classic six shot 38 so i can share ammo, or a Beretta 92 in terms of pistols, or any number of cheap but good shotties. I like the RIA mag fed one, would be good since i could share mags with my brother, but a maverick 88 would also be fine.

You should get a semi auto carry pistol with a red dot. Like a glock 43x with a holosun EPS carry.

I think the 43X is the best of the subcompact carry guns, but the 19 is still the top dog for CCW when it comes to Glocks. Pretty much any man can conceal one.
Hot take, I would want a 40 cal sub compact. Why? Eh, why not? 40 hits hard and is common in shortages of 9mm. I'm sure glock (and basically every other major manufacturer) has at least one. I mean the Shield 45 ACP exists:

Which I think is just based, can't tell me there isn't a 40 equivalent.

hell, go get some stoners off the forum and play paintball with them.
Whatever guns Null gets he should make sure he gets the airsoft version too. I’ve been keeping up some skills I can’t practice at the range with my Glock pistol replica and an AR variant just to practice reloads and transitions indoors…

…and also airsoft with my nephews and nieces…

In due time. I got CCW covered with the revolver, which I like. I like wheelguns in general. I want a full sized now. I really like the Beretta and Model 10.
Cmon man stop being a lapping gun fedora wearer and just get the double stack 9mm.

The G19 is good if you're really dedicated to carrying it. For most people, I recommend the G43x because it's unintrusive and easier to carry. And most people will just not carry if their gun is too big to comfortably carry day to day.

40cal is a bad compact pistol caliber option. Possibly the worst compact pistol option. It doesn't hit any harder than any other mainstream pistol caliber, and the snappiness of its recoil is magnified greatly in a compact vs fullsize.

I'm not a fan of 40 as a whole, but it is available and often cheap. So it does have that going for it. A fullsize pistol would be a better choice. But "stopping power" is mostly a myth, at least for handguns, so don't make a selection based on that.

9mm or .380 are really it when it comes to pragmatic viable options for pistols. For wheelguns its .357.

I like the feel of 40 over 9mm. Call me weird but it's what I like. 45 is fun, just a lot of gun. Great in a 1911 though.

The Glock 23 exists. And the glock 27 exists.
I don't like glock though. They are a asshole company.

Less weird than you might think. Walthers are famously snappy, which for some people gives them very good feedback they are nice guns for many reasons, but its generally considered a drawback.

Really, it isn't helping your shooting. And in an amateur it is a detriment.

I can't think of anything egregious Glock has done to the common man.

I still do like it for the reasons you said. The impulse let's me know I'm alive for lack of a better term.

They fucked over Guns and Ammo magazine for years, of which I'm a fan. Fuck em.

Most the Walker ones do that, I think it's more that they clip the volune at a certain level but they do good. They're cheap, I don't think they're stereo(could be a deal breaker) and I've had good experiences with mine for the most part. Also big head club and not had any issues with them. I think I have the "razor" set.
ear plugs AND ear muffs.. coming from a deaftard. even when your deaf loud noises hurt.... fuck those electronic bullshit muffs ... do i have to put a battery in every fucing thing i own ? i wanna keep it in the car & be able to work thru periods of non use...
