The only two that come to mind are the Desert tech MDR and the Kel-Tec RFB.
In .308 the Kel-Tec has the better reputation.
Doesn't the Tavor come in .308 as well?
Either way I was hoping to spend less than 2k, so that leaves the keltec anyway.

K&M M17S308 is also a thing, i've transferred one to someone a bit ago so it looks like they are in active production and fulfilling orders for serial production. there's also the homebrew bullpup kit on an M1A or something like from Juggernaut Tactical. you can then pretend to be a Starship Trooper with a bigger gun.
That's what I was looking for, something I haven't heard of yet. Like the look of it, so I'll have to poke around on reviews and see if it's worth getting. Also features for lefties on the RFB are pretty good if I remember. Everything else I just deal with brass flying at me, but that doesn't work with bullpups.

Yeah, The Tavor 7.
I forgot about that one.

Word on the street (and by that I mean Twitter posts from David Hogg) are a Biden presser on gun control tomorrow.

It is anticipated that this will be "administrative rulings" i.e. not laws because they couldn't pass them but they might as well be because they'll charge you if you violate them with regards to "ghost guns", and 80% receivers.

Expect something completely obtuse, likely impossible to apply evenly (which is what they want), and which will likely make a whole lot of very legal items suddenly questionable, and which will cause a lot of the legal supply of parts to be shuttered for now due to fear by sellers and manufacturers.

Essentially more of the ATF inventing things. If this is a fraction as big as is what is anticipated, this may be one of the better chances for a court case bringing the law-making... excuse me, "rule-making" authority of the ATF to heel to some extent.

They're just gonna keep dumping more fuel on that fire until it comes to a head. They must know actual disarmament is logistically impossible.

My guess the "ghost gun" will be like 922R. Now I also want to flat say I'm anti any gun control stuff. JDAMS are my god given right! But I'm not the kinda person who's often hopeful, but I suspect it's going to be some add on charge.

For those unaware, what I mean, is if you use a "ghost gun" to do something illegal, it's another bang on your docket. While if you or I the legal user, was to make our own firearm or 3d print etc, we're ok.

Unrelated, I know going back a few months we had a wonderful talk on some ideas for building me an upper for my HD SBR can build AR. I've not got more retarded (this is impossible) I'm far from lazy, but with prices as such I figured lets just eat cost less work and get it done.

So I reached out to whom made my "go to" rifle and had an awesome talk... but I'm on waiting list. I'm going a 12" LaRue build and it won't be cheap. So feel free to call me a gucci fag and medically retarded for not making my own.

RFB trigger is kind of terrible, at least on the example I played around with. Also heard some complaints about the needlessly complicated ejection system.

Is this compared to other bullpups? I hear they're all dogshit triggers.

Bullpup triggers suck by definition, yeah. But I was comparing it to the Tavor specifically and Tavor felt better, less mushy and a little lighter.

Still, it could have been just that one RFB, may be a good idea to try a few of them side by side and pick the one with the best trigger.

Another angle I think they'll focus on is the "complete kit" thing. They're arguing that combining all the pins and slide and barrel along with the lower makes the whole package "readily convertible". I remember they were raiding some sellers of P80's for that exact reason but left frame-only kits alone.

That, plus also resolving the issue with uppers vs lowers for ARs.

Like I'm sure they'd love to grab more, but their wording seems to suggest they're holding back for some reason.

I can almost kinda see what they're getting at, because if I'm being honest, I've always regarded P80 glock frames as being readily convertible from a common sense perspective. AR receivers are a different story and I've definitely fucked those up before. But I think the ATF fucked up by not just putting their foot down and labeling P80 glocks as receivers (or telling them to go back to the drawing board and put some more plastic on there) from the beginning. I mean, I'm not going to interrupt my enemies when they're fucking up, but yeah.

Here is a decent overview of the latest ATF nonsense:

The guy is a bit of a sperg, but getting over his personality it's good information,

Was poking around 3D gun printing twitter and found these guys. I think everyone should have a gun, but you named yourself "Nagga".
A black gunowner group called nagga.

Rate me autistic but I think a gun is only worthy of a name if it's been used in combat or self defense. Other than that, it's just gay mall ninja shit to me.

My guns are named "the 870", "the AR", "the martini" etc., the only exception being my Walker which I refer to as my Big Iron
If a gun has some kind of legitimate personal meaning(heirloom, military bringback, saved your life, won a competition, etc.) I think its fine to give it a name, as long as the name is sensible. Otherwise "my [insert model/manufacturer name]" or "the [insert model/manufacturer name]" is fair.

What if you built the gun?
Edit: Hypothetical. I only name cars
