Like me , you're gonna need to learn to love good LPVOs and Prism sights.

Primary arms makes and excellent 1x prism. The ACOG is a 4x prism essentially

Vortex (the Razor line especially, Trijicon (VGOG and Creedo) and Khales (K16i and K18i) make excellent LPVOs (not cheap though) at 1x they can all act as a red dot or 1x prism then you get 6x or 8x zoom on the top end.

I have no hopes that the SCOTUS carry case will end well. They'll probably make the narrowest possible ruling and nothing will really change.
 
The Delaware legislature passed the AWB. Delaware is also not accepting new CCW renewals and you must redo the entire application process if you want your permit to be current.

I'm still surprised how that hasn't been taken to court before (as far as I know) and they make it a bigger hassle for people who've moved there because you need references that live in your county.

A big part of the problems we have is due to the sheer demographic size of our nation.

Some people think freedom means "freedom from things" and others think "freedom of things" and they want to live in separate communities, but a single set of laws applies to both groups.

Never happen, but the feds should just stay in their lane and handle international politics and military crap. Gun regulations--as few of those as there should be--should be handled by local governments. Let the retard cucks in California, New York, and Chicago have the dependence on government they crave, and let the normal folks everywhere else decide for themselves the rules they want to live under. It's not even fair that, living in a flyover state, I should be expected to constantly appeal to the values of someone 2000 miles away constantly so that I don't suddenly become a felon overnight by the stroke of a pen.

Heard vague rumors that Roberts wants to find compromise on the abortion issue(ruling in favor of the state law without completely overturning Roe). Who knows what else that faggot is trying to angle towards. Possible theres a similar situation with the carry case.

I hate having our inalienable rights in the hands of the ivy league federalist crowd.

The proper solution would to be make the court made up of one randomly drawn senior judge from each circuit (excluding DC and Fed because they can go fuck themselves) that serve a single, 9 year term.

Of course, thinking that the current US goverment is remotely logical would be a mental exercise in of an itself.
