I' m guessing what he is trying to do here is suck Breitbart's collective dick since a bunch of advertisers like Kellogg's are no longer advertising there. The tweet seemed more directed at HP than anyone else. He might actually have a point in this instance, though Cernovich being Cernovich he'll likely veer off into cloud cuckoo land and turn something reasonable, or at least arguable, into something ridiculous.

BTW, I'm 99% sure Cernovich routinely deletes all tweets more than a few months old. He's somebody to archive not direct link.
 
If you've ever listened to his podcasts, he talks about having a "Media Empire" someday. I guess this is the first step? I also kind of figured fitness bros would be his primary audience, not dance instructors. Go figure on that score.

Cernovich reminds me a lot of Gavin Mcinnes. Both have this weird attitude where they perpetuate the John Wayne/Clint Eastwood esque persona of the american "Man". While of course doing nothing themselves to act like that. Mike bitches on twitter all day, and Gavin just makes really lame, forced videos telling guys to stop playing video games and jerking off. But Gavin has the whole Proud Boys thing going on, which is waaaaay creepier than anything Cernovich does.

Cernovich seems to call anything that goes against his world view to be fake news. Has he ever made any indications of what sources he deems as real news?

looks like he's going up against Kurt "Strobe Light" Eichenwald, which means he'll probably lose because everybody's laughing at that guy right now.

I wanted Chu to win, because he seemed the most likely to have a chimpout about it, while Comrade Cernovich would probably use it for self-promotion.

nothing in there about this being some kind of weird retaliation for MDE: World Peace getting cancelled. also it doesn't help Singal's credibility (and by extension, this Vic Berger guy) that Singal is/was part of the "Nyberg dindu nuffin" crowd.
