Yeah, in an act of self importance so over the top it's shocking, the author decided that his self insert should do just as they did in 1775 and signs a piece of paper with these ex marines. Fucking lol. So these Marines are basically a Christian Militia that are prepared to take up arms against the government to restore the ten commandments. See, that might not sound so bad, but lets get the same quote and change some of the words.

Because they all washed out of the military either due to health reasons or because they're nuts and got kicked out/rejected. Either that or they're too lazy or pissed at their welfare check to enlist. As for why they want to be USMC, it's because the Marines are the easiest to get into elite corps of the US (as well as the only ones they know of). Give me the Rangers any day; those motherfuckers know how to party.

He also said about the Frankfurt School reportedly behind "cultural marxism" to the crowd "These guys were all Jewish." Rangers? I think the SEALS beat them, since Rangers are more inclusive I think just due to their organization size. Definitely tougher than Marines though.

I'm now curious to see how many of these tards know the three rules of safe gun management, mainly because these people tend to have a decent sized weapon collection. I'm betting most of them break Rule 2 already, that is to say they keep their finger on the trigger rather than on that ring outside of it until you want to shoot something.

The requirements are gnarlier for Rangers than Marines. Marines have the following requirements:

To meet muster, Marine candidates must make a run of 3 miles in less than 28 minutes, 50 or more crunches in 2 minutes, as well as 4 pull ups for males and females and do arm hang for more than 30 seconds to earn the minimum score.

Marines have a 13 week boot camp.

Rangers need to do this shit minimum:
  • Ranger Physical Fitness Test (RPFT) requiring the following minimums:
  • Push-ups: 49 (in 2 minutes, graded strictly for perfect form)
  • Sit-ups: 59 (in 2 minutes)
  • Chin-ups: 6 (performed from a dead hang with no lower body movement)
  • 5 mile individual run in 40 minutes or less over a course with gently rolling terrain
And they also actually need to learn how to fight as airborne troops too on top of the 9 week basic they go through.

SEALs literally have a seven month training program so yeah fuckin' hard.

The fun thing I like about militiatards is how desirous they are of fighting and war. Even though war is a boring thing interspersed with moments of absolute terror. IE fighting in wars suck balls and they would probably give up in a protracted conflict.

So, rather than deconstruct the rest of this book (It's mostly babbling about Christian morals and how Free Trade destroyed the US) I thought I'd post this quote found in Chapter 10.

Long story short, it's supposed to be a community for "true patriots", libtards and insufficiently pious Republicans unwelcome. The people founding it are the III Arms Company (there's that 3% thing again). At first glance, it just seems like a gated community for people that are super-duper narrow-minded, but it gets much worse. You have to swear an oath to move in, you have to rent your land from the III Arms Company -you can't own it, they do. And you have to keep a gun on you. Like, always.

The militia movement seems to wax and wane in roughly decade-long cycles, last high tide mark was the OKC bombing which effectively caused a mass exodus of the saner members, leaving behind a directionless blob of crazies. Spend most of the late 90's dormant, then came on the rise again with Obama, I'm looking for the bubble to burst once again, probably from another highly-public casualty-causing event, which unfortunately may be brewing out west thanks to the idjits who've rallied behind Clive Bundy.

I wouldn't worry to much. After the OKC bombing the FBI keeps close tabs on these groups and usually has informants on standby if they ever actually try anything.

You will occasionally see militiatards with actual military experience, but quite often, separation was under less than honorable conditions.

More often, they're wannabes, though.

Private property ownership is sacred under the Constitution. In fact, originally, only landowning males could vote in most states.
