I can’t figure out what level of glowie influence there is in AF. Whether it’s the whole thing and always has been or only certain people. It seems like the alt-right or more radical elements of the right are trying to take the energy to make real meaningful change to the status quo and put it into the exact worst places they can.

Anyone that wants to claim national politics is the way to fix this country’s problem is misguided at best and a glowie at worst. Supporting nick or some national figure is idiotic. They aren’t coming to save you and they don’t give a fuck about you. The only way to change anything is locally and to do that you need to build a community and strengthen those close to you. The only people you can trust are friends and family you’ve known. Giving money to people like Nick, Milo, or any of the other alt right grifters is only going to bring more of them out of the woodwork and set back the important work of pulling back from complete collapse.
