Just so you know how evil this person is. Meissner created a MySpace page where he posed as a woman and solicited nude pictures from young men ages 17 to 26. While he worked for Little River-Academy, Meissner ran what appeared to be a porn studio out of a rented house in Arlington. When police raided the home they found a camera wrapped in a Little River-Academy police shirt. "The tape inside the camera contained video of multiple young men engaged in sex acts. Officials are still trying to determine the identities of some of the men, some of whom are believed to be minors, " Lead investigator said.
Meissner's cell phone records indicate that in just two months, June and July, he sent or received more than 4,900 text messages. The messages were about, "sex, prostitution, pornography and illegal drugs."
One man from the Little River-Academy area was contacted in the investigation and admitted sending a nude picture of himself to a Gmail account registered to Meissner, but the man told police he believed he was sending the picture to a woman he had met online. In another case in late July, Meissner promised a 17-year-old boy alcohol and gas money if he would take part in a pornographic video at the house Meissner rented in Arlington.
The man told Meissner he was 17 multiple times but that didn't deter Michael. He even replied, "No ur 18." to one of these messages. He also set up for young men and prostitutes to meet him at the rented out home.
Meissner is charged out of Dallas County with engaging in organized criminal activity, obstruction or retaliation and misuse of official information. In Tarrant County, he faces charges of sexual performance by a child, engaging in organized crime, attempted possession or promotion of child pornography, and promotion of prostitution.
He was also investigated in 2006 on raping a 15 year old. The police found altering in his hard drive.
To cover it all up he had a man named Joseph Dauben develop a smear campaign on the investigator. Dauben's website contained a mugshot of another investigator on the case. One issue, the mugshot was from private police records. Dauben received government records from Michael illegally. Dauben was arrested.
And than randomly the charges were dropped. The judge refused to comment and nothing has happened since. 2006 Case was dropped as well. The only justice in this world was how he was shot in the face.
