I think you mean 5000, 500 is the negligible cutoff.
500 isn't negligible either, it's the "meh" cutoff.
You might get 2 lines and 499, try it.

I used LC/MS/MS in a lab for a while and we were governed pretty strict with EPA GLP (good laboratory practices) regulations. There are similar rules from the FDA as well and by not abiding by them you can get financially fined and criminally charged.
Even the dumbest interns I've worked with never messed up samples (sample swap). The worst we had was a system error registering a large tray of biopsies early, resulting in a queue skip, one cassette didn't get scanned.
That was picked up my the QC lady really fast and all we had to do was override the assigned IDs.
A system error which was not the fault of any workers.
So yeah, the lab mix up is just a cope, the chances are so low, but I suppose it's not zero and I hope it wasn't an error. This doesn't seem to be the case though.

500mg is 1/1,897,683,120th the weight of a standard NFL football field. Hope this helps.
What's that in terms of these?

Following an American baking recipe feels like I'm back in playschool. The consequences of common core. True freedom, I must say.

Some of you guys need a hobby instead of debating on the 9 year old is being sex trafficked. Nothing in either filling has suggested sexual trauma, that's probably the first thing they search for during situations like this. Could further evidence indicate such things happen, maybe but it's gross and irresponsible to suggest that without anything substantial.
while I doubt there was any I can understand why people would think so. Between one of kayla's charges and nick's explosion of "hehe diddling kids funny" jokes in the last few months I can't begrudge people thinking it feasible. Still its pretty gross and maybe shouldn't be discussed or speculated on without some more solid proof just due to how tasteless the speculation is.

I thought this test was the ratio of weight of metabolite to weight of hair sample. They take 150 or so strands, cut them to a length, extract and weigh metabolites, and weight the hair. That is the ratio they use. It becomes an "Average use" because it doesn't matter how long the hair is, how many strands are taken, etc. That is all averaged out.
That´s why I said given an even distribution of cocaine in the body, it was just an attempt to extrapolate the amount of cocaine she might have ingested. If it was the case and nothing would be excreted between the ingestion and the test. that would be the amount but people on the know already claimed it will not be possible to make that extrapolation with the info we got 5000pg of cocaine per mg of "person" (hair in that case). I started this discussion because there was a notion on this thread disseminated first by Rekieta that, if it was a single event, she would be dead; people on the know already claimed that was not the case.

Wouldn't exposing these documents severely hurt the state's case against Nick as he could claim a miscarriage of justice over leaked documents?
Nick has no claims or privilege regarding these documents. They are normally sealed or redacted to protect the children. Not Nick.

"Nick's 9 year old daughter tested positive for massive amounts of cocaine in her system" is not protected. And has valid community interest. "AudreyRose" is supposed to be protected.

Nick may be able to challenge the use of that report as evidence. Claiming it is more prejudicial than having probative value. But I don't think that would fly. It will really depend on if they kick the Child Neglect charges up to Felony Abuse.

But as far as challenging it's public release? He's not the kids guardian or advocate right now. He has no standing regarding the report. He can bitch about it to the family court judge. Who may give the record keepers a talking to. But it has nothing to do with Nick's criminal case. Its not a Police or Prosecution document.

Innocent until proven guilty.

It's still very possible that everyone in the house was giving Nick cocaine against his will and molesting him.

Think about it. Why was he taking so many showers? He felt dirty from his own children making him do dirty dirty things. Those marks on his arm were scratches from the steel wool he used to scrub off his shame. He didn't feed his kids because he was afraid of them. Poor Nick, he was the real victim the whole time. The jokes were all a cry for help. Makes me sad.

From the report there thankfully doesn't appear to be any evidence whatsoever she is addicted to cocaine. There are more serious felony child endangerment charges for something like that, but Nick wasn't charged with that degree of offense.
The charges they are facing predate the report of the coked up kid. The current misdemeanor child neglect charges are just pro forma add one. Because under Minnesota law there is a presumption of child neglect when the drugs and drug use are happening in the child's home. They like the gun charges are an automatic add on.

The child drug test findings will elevate those charges or bring new ones. But the DA has not formally upped it yet. There's no rush to do so. Leaving it as simply a CPS matter as they investigate and build their case is to the prosecutors benefit. No reason to start the clock yet.

I'm gonna need a banana for scale.
500mg to Banana

Average weight of a banana is 126 grams.

126g x 1,000 = 126,000mg

500mg/126,000mg = 1/252 banana

1/252 = 0.00397 banana
  • 500 milligrams is 1/252th the weight of an average banana.
  • They tested the hair with a weight of ~0.00397 banana.
Banana to NFL Football Field

Finding NFL Football Field’s Weight

500mg = X * 1/1,897,683,120

(500mg * 1,897,683,120) = 1,897,683,120 * (X * 1,897,683,120)

948,841,560,000mg = X

Finding Banana % to NFL Football Field

126,000mg / 948,841,560,000mg = 0.00000013% or 1.3 x 10^-7 banana

Finding NFL Football Field’s weight in bananas

948,841,560,000mg / 126,000mg = ~7,530,489 bananas
  • A banana is 0.00000013% of the weight of a NFL Football Field.
  • A NFL Football Field weights equal to ~7,530,489 bananas.
(Let’s stop here before we derail the thread further)

He probably fucking leaked it himself, exactly an hour before he went on stream, in order to drum up some viewers, control the narrative and continue the bullshit that he’s being victimised by muh Guberment.

Sir, this is a Wendy's
Officer, welcome to Denny’s.

I tried coke once in my twenties, and was very disappointed that it made me calm and sleepy. I assume that it makes Nick feel the same way in small quantities because he also has ADHD. Aaron mentioned that Nick would talk about using coke as ADHD meds for himself a few weeks ago and it reminded me of my experience so when this stuff about his daughter (also ADHD) came out I thought about him "treating" her immediately. I also think Aaron knew Nick was doing this, or he wouldn't have mentioned it preemptively to cover his ass.
It was a Steel Toe clip where he was by himself, I'll try to find it. Coomalot mentioning it too makes me almost certain.

I understand that Nick uses our speculation to obfuscate facts but he's going to do that no matter what because he's a slimeball. There's nothing weird about speculating on whether or not sexual assault happened to one or more of the kids in Nick's house when most molestation cases are perpetrated by unrelated adults brought into the home by a parent and Nick and Kayla were both bringing literal sex perverts into the house. We don't know how many people he had in and out of there, we only know what Nick and Aaron (druggie liars) told us.

Nick was also taking his family including his children on vacation with other couples, like when he took "Dirtworm" Doug Tenaple (who was fine with John K having a 14 year old gf) and his family to see an Alice Cooper concert. We don't know who else his kids have been around, but we know for a fact that they have been around Doug, Aaron, and Drex and most people wouldn't want any of those guys near their kids. Nothing's off the table with Nick right now.

Correct. What I meant was that the charges haven't been enhanced as a result of this report or any subsequent investigations. We just need to wait and see it seems.
