Nick's dad, Robert, is listed as a witness at the CPS hearing. The fact Nick's parents weren't mentioned on his list of people he'd die for leads me to hope that Bob was there to try and help his grandchildren. The fact Celeste didn't show is also telling.

I'm not saying it absolutely is the case, but I am saying it is plausible the CPS report indicates only a positive on the preliminary EIA test, which can show a false positive from external contamination.

See, but at this stage I don't believe this is what happened, and even if it was a contamination, it doesn't change my mind about Nick. Because Nick confirmed this document is real. And in this document it states that he and Kayla are not submitting themselves to testing, and they did not allow CPS full access to the house. So they are hiding something, or they are afraid of consequences. Whatever it is - they don't fight to get their children back.
