no. I 100% believe he did. he's a low life sack of shit that used God to shield himself for years. I'll say once again, he needs to either die in prison or kill himself. there is no redemption.I don't think anyone actually thinks Nick gave his daughter cocaine, but I absolutely think his 'favorite' daughter who both he and Kayla say is clingy would be around them enough to he constantly exposed, unlike his older kids who probably stay far away from mom and dad.
I want to say 'surely it can't get worse' for him, but after the stream rants further fucking himself of accusing officers by name of perjury, it's not looking good.
His lawyer absolutely has to be advising him to shut the fuck up and stop streaming, right? Can his lawyer drop him if he keeps saying stupid shit?
no, nick said he was going to have his lawyer look into the fake documents that should have never been released for funWas the document real or not?
No, they were clearly .pdfs which are solely electronic in origin. Nothing on the internet can be considered "real".Was the document real or not?
I see only one of two explanations being the reason why she had so much in her hair follical:Nah I think he does, testing that high isn't an environmental exposure hit, it's direct consumption. Routine direct consumption at that.

Given some recent posts and discussions I think it’s most likely Nick’s parents have the kids and they have actively prevented Kayla’s family from intervening or fostering the kids. There's a waiver of the license requirement if the kin are actively seeking a license, and if granted, it is then effectively accepted nunc pro tunc (from the time of the application). CHIPS isn't going to say where they specifically are for obvious reasons.
I don't think anyone actually thinks Nick is analcoholic,junkie,wife swapping,balldo wearing,tranny simping,man licking,reckless driving,court-dodging,client scamming,child endangering–
wait, what were we talking about?
I do. There really is no other believable rational explanation for the amount of cocaine byproducts found in her hair.I don't think anyone actually thinks Nick gave his daughter cocaine
You must be in a creepy area where "House full of adult sexual deviant lolbertarian junkies + 8 year old girl testing positive" is enough of a trend to be a thing. LA?It's vile. But it's also the first thing that snapped into the minds of every CPS, Law Enforcement and DA that saw the report of the 9 year old daughters drug tests. Every Single One of Them Had the Same First Thought.
House full of adult sexual deviant lolbertarian junkies + 8 year old girl testing positive for "regular or weekly use/injestion" of the deviant junkies favorite candy = XXX
Neelix. So do you think the guy looked more like Geordi or Reginald Barclay? I can't decide which would be funnier.
RomNeelix.
And a high reading for a 9 y/o 50lb child can mean a lot less cocaine exposure than for an adult. It's similar to why a 100lb woman has a larger BAC after a single drink vs a 250lb man. She's just as slammed as an adult but exposed to a lot less coke.So many people are buying into or at least entertaining the excuse that the test could come back positive because of cocaine ON the child’s hair. Thats NOT the way the test works. The test looks for METABOLITES created when cocaine is broken down by the body after injestion. These metabolites are present IN the hair, not ON it. Think about it, if all it took to beat a hair follicle test was to wash your hair before the test then the test would be worthless.
Nick Rekieta’s 9 year old daughter had a hair follicle test performed on her along with all her siblings. While her siblings tests came back negative, her test came back HIGH positive for the metabolites created by the body when it breaks down cocaine and those metabolites are found in the hair follicle/shaft, not on it.
Either she got into the stuff herself, or someone in the house dosed her. Simple as.
Charges for what?
Aaron doesn’t have a duty of care to Nick’s kids. If he knew and said nothing, it’s shitty but not illegal.
There's kids who get hooked on drugs and alcohol between 6 and 10 years old especially if supplied/demonstrated by parents either intentionally or not.REEE! AN EIGHT YEAR OLD WOULDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO COCAINE!!!
I guess I'm the only one who remembers kids sniffing pixie stix in elementary school.
