It's a filter leading to an instant ban usually. Like you use the word 'tranny' or 'nigger' and your account is wiped out. Or they have the reddit policy where a 'new' account is overly moderated and limited from posting yet magically generic bot accounts have ways to immediately begin spamming everywhere.

I can't find the 'latest' option on Google images and it's been like this for months I CANNOT FIND AN ANSWER OR ALTERNATIVE. Please someone help this retard, I suck at computers.

It seems Google Images' "latest" search option was recently removed. While there isn't a direct replacement, here are some workarounds:
* Filter by date: Use the "Tools" menu to filter by upload date. This won't show the absolute latest images, but it can help narrow down results.
* Search by specific terms: If you remember any details about the image, try searching for those terms. This could include keywords related to the image's content, source, or creation date.
More specifically, you can select the data range when you click the "Tools" button under the search bar. If on mobile then scroll the panel under the search bar all the way to the right, select "Search tools" and do the same.

Sorry if that doesn't help.

Lately I've found myself spending less and less time online the past two months and steadily increasing. Everything fun, and every fun website I used to visit on the daily is either gone, dead, censored, or full of drooling spastics. The internet is such a strange place now. It's like a twisted hall of mirrors where everything is now a warped nightmare dimension. You recognise these places? yet you know something is not right.

It's such a strange experience to see the degradation of the internet in real time.. It's all so tiring. Where did all the fun websites go? where did all my Image Boards go? where did my silly billy goober forums go? where did everything go? and why is everyone now a weird synthetic goop eating FEV dipped super mutant NPC?? I open my browser now only to pop onto the farms when I'm having a slow period, checking my emails like a normie or Youtube once in a blue moon now and even then the content on that site is lackluster to say the least nor worth my time anymore.

I need some fun sites to fill the empty void in my cold heart. give me your worst.

These accounts seem focused on aggressively promoting VTubers these days. The real issue arises when someone calls them out or reports them. There’s a strange double standard: they can insult or ban people without consequences, even in unrelated spaces. Meanwhile, they’re often hypocrites who constantly break platform rules and actually spam 24/7. But anyone who points this out gets labeled as the bad guy. That’s why discussions like these often land in places like Kiwi Farms where other spaces won’t allow them.

I’m just over VTuber fans at this point. Liking something is fine, but they seem to ruin every platform they take over while constantly starting dumb flame wars. Honestly, it’s hard not to think most of them are either test tube clones dumped into society or bots pretending to be people.

Everybody who likes VTubers (and I really do mean EVERYONE, nobody is exempt) is a dysgenic freak, so their behavior is self-explanatory

The worst is having this modern sludge start leaking into the real world, like some kind of caustic sludge. Everyone says when I complain about this stuff invetitably says to log off and go outside, but most of the groups I go to just end up talking about things that happened on the internet.

To explain, I currently go to college. You can see the brainworms in real time, talking about something that happened on tiktok or some modern poltitical take about something on twitter. I was sitting down for lunch at one point, and unironically heard the person next to me (around my age) unironically refer to someone else they knew as "mutuals". Specifically in the twitter way. I had to stop myself from doing a comical head turn. People who I talk to and meet during classes seem to always group up over fucking discord. People in the early 20's, to remind you. And in other small ways too. The first time I saw shit like Lunchly and Feastables by mr beast in my local safeway I experienced an emotion likely only felt by protaganists in a lovecraft book.

The devolving of the internet affects so much more than just me not finding cool shit anymore. It has a slow, creeping effect on the entire world making everything worse.

Most imageboards fell to both userbase rot of millenials that moved on and them being very, very, very commonly abused and attacked. I think this doesn't get brought up enough as to why people all hide in chatrooms now, most public websites that do not require registration are heavily botted and attacked and it's a heavy load to put on an amateur. Ironically, the most active imageboards are people using liveboards as a chatroom, these are sometimes referred to as a 'friend simulator'.

As to forums, while much better at dealing with abuse, it's just the natural way of things, forums that are not huge tend to become insular circlejerks that die and splinter but there are less and less users to make the jump each time and the more circlejerky forums often become private. Forums in particular are also very prone to losing their activity to chat services as the users there have less or usually no ideological opposition to them or adopting usernames like imageboards do.

A more mindful strategy of using the web is to find out wherever people with the interests you have/subcultures you belong to congregate and go there, and try to find a place you can stand within that.

Noticed last time I did it the little quotation things stopped working recently and location based results are unable to be turned off. Wanna know how? the results were the fucking same no matter what. You could look up some movie quote with the word "seep" in it and it'll just constantly bring up ads for mattresses because it think s you meant to search "sleep". That kind of BS. Yes I have personal experience with that kind of shit. You try scrolling down to get more relevant results and get hit with NOT "no more results" but the fucking thing you can't click "show more anyways" now on of the "some results might not be relevant to you".It sometimes lets you show more, but now they seem to be implementing some shit that refuses to let you to scroll down after a certain point so search results are just like as for the movie quote search thing "50 fucking mattress website ads and then nothing else".
