Multiple people shot, unexploded devices found at NYC train station

NEW YORK (AP) — Multiple people were shot Tuesday morning at a subway station in Brooklyn, New York, the city fire department said.

Fire personnel responding to reports of smoke at the 36th Street station in the Sunset Park neighborhood found multiple people shot and undetonated devices, a New York City Fire Department spokesperson said.

According to a law enforcement source briefed on the investigation, preliminary information indicated a suspect was dressed in construction attire.

A photo from the scene showed people tending to bloodied passengers lying on the floor of the station.

Further details were not immediately available. New York City police said they were responding to reports of people wounded either by gunfire or an explosion.

Trains servicing that station were delayed during the morning rush hour.

The Governor is going to have to explain how a trillion dollars was absorbed by the local economy to provide security and simple fucking cameras that cost less than an IT professional charges in an hour were simply not working.

For fucks sake, the only time security or military in the United States ever works is in a movie or TV show and in reality it is a dysfunctional fucking mess regardless of who is in power. On TV the airport guy is a well trained man, educated and a security expert, and in real life he is a fat fucker who had his last job at Wendy's. On TV a billion cameras light up and the suspect is tracked on cameras good enough to make out the lice on his head - in reality the cameras aren't working.

If there aren't terrorist acts in the USA it isn't because we are stopping them, the terrorists are simply waiting for confluence of factors to arise to time it, because this country can't stop anything from happening.

I could take out my entire home town if I ruptured a particular vessel at the local chemical factory if I was so inclined. I don't see anyone protecting it and moreover, I don't see anyone wanting to rupture it - yet. But all you need is a $900 drone, a small explosive charge and most importantly the will to do it. And that is it, this 10 trillion dollar war & police state machine can't stop jack shit.

If there's no sign of a political bent (e.g. attacking a certain category of victim or location, or if the method of attack fits the profile of previous terrorist attacks e.g. truck of peace) then they're just gonna treat it as a mass shooting.

Key said Bible told his investigators that she overheard a conversation between an Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agent and another law enforcement officer.

In the conversation, she heard the agent say a bomb was found attached to a gas line inside the building. She said she also saw eight ATF agents in clean black jump suits on the south side of the building within 20 minutes after the bombing, Key said.

Funny. The ATF just happened to be on a training exercises that day and their entire office closed but they were just close enough to response in clean tactical gear 20 minutes after the building exploded.
