In this case the cop shouldn't have killed the guy, excessive force was used. No one needs to do their own form of reeeeing to defend the cop here because they're butthurt it makes them look like they're agreeing with people they don't like.

However, mass rioting, burning your own city down and going on a violent rampage is highly exceptional. Turns people away from you when they see you behaving like animals and using it as an excuse to steal shit or hurt other people that have nothing to do with it.

Quite often many brothers use situations like this as a way to get some new clothes, shoes, TVs and to generally unleash toxic masculinity on their own homes/neighborhoods. Whilst unhinged people like those on Resetera sit online and clap and reee like lunatics whilst sitting behind their computers doing.... absolutely nothing but typing. Brave allies.

I don't think once, not even once, did I hear of any NeoGAF poster over years and years ever get arrested, destroy anything, loot anything or violently attack anyone for the cause. They speak a good game, but they don't do shit. Even Nepethe, just countless reeeing behind a computer. EDIT: After browsing the thread itself, these people honestly are the worst. They're one step away from getting off on the idea of poor, innocent, civil-minded Americans throwing off the shackles of their oppression under the United States Police State. Practically salivating over the thought of more people dying and lives being ruined, all from the comfort of their parents homes while sipping their expensive coffee. It's infuriating to see them smugly say "well they deserve it" in response to this.

The cops who killed the guy should be in prison, anyone involved in covering for them should be punished as well. If you honestly feel like riots that burn down cities and involve completely unrelated people are the way to go, you're a fucking sociopath and I wish nothing but bad things on you.

One thing that comes to mind is that the 'report' button may just be a hidden 'new topic' button like in some other forum software, so every report spawns a new thread in a hidden mod forum that the staff can look at. That would explain why they close threads to handle reports etc.

The people looting aren't there for the protest. They're there just to get free shit in all the hysteria surrounding the situation. It's zoomer idiots of all races storming into target and stealing battery kiosks and lamps just because now they have an "excuse" to do it.
It really sucks because it distracts from the original problem, a police officer murdered a handcuffed man in broad daylight by crushing his windpipe with his knee, all for a supposed forgery.
I get doing shit like stopping traffic or whatever for your protest, it's supposed to be disruptive, but why fuck up a Target? Opportunistic bastards leeching off a cause.
It'll end like every other police brutality case, almost entirely white jury sees the riots and damage to the community, decides in favor of the officer, rinse and repeat. It's one of the country's collection of groundhog day-like events.

I think this officer is fucked because the footage is blatant, but you are right in other cases when the community chimps the fuck out and destroys shit, loots and possibly even hurts/kills other people, you lose sympathy fast.

They always destroy and attack their own communities as well, it's completely exceptional. Would be a little less exceptional if you drove your "warriors" over to the next nearest settlement and went off there. Like a game of CIV or something.
