If TheKree wants to be an active shooter against PedoEra then I will support his campaign of justice. But I do have a feeling TheKree probably gets triggered when the cops shoot at you in GTA and will never be able to handle a real gun.

People who say this shit about going out there being a vigilante aren't the type of people do it. It's all just bawbags playing with themselves in their own fantasy. Actual vigilantes can range from simple parents who's children became a victim of a pedophile and want revenge or a group of locals pissed off with how law enforcement aren't doing their jobs properly in certain countries and go out there way to sort it themselves.

Well 'Second Amendment' isn't really there to let you hunt deer with a rifle in the wilderness for the same reasons why the 'First Amendment' isn't there to let you say that you're fond of Coca-Cola anyway.

The Founding Fathers put the right to own a gun in the U.S. Constitution as a fail safe in the event that the government starts becoming tyrannical and the 'First Amendment' was put there to protect forms of freedom of speech and forms of freedom of expression that you don't agree with then.

So while I still don't agree with ResetEra's politics, at least they're now understanding why firearms are a thing in the United States at this point anyway.

Considering the deliberate lack of a standing army at the time, and the intention (now abandoned) of never having a permanent standing army, the states were expected to provide for their own defense. Thus, every able bodied man was considered part of the militia, and thus "the People" were expected to be armed, and expected to be armed with weapons sufficient to fight foreign armies.

This was expected to serve the collective good, but there is no practical way of protecting the general right of people as a group to arm themselves for their mutual defense without also protecting the individual right to purchase and keep firearms (and any other weapons covered by the Second Amendment which is not really limited to guns).
