I think it's dumb to assume cis white guys have any kind of civil rights issues that need addressing, universal healthcare in every other first world nation has not led to anything that could be considered rationing, and pro science is just that - science has no politics. The metals are the metals and all that.

It's not as if schools have a strict limit to how many white people can be there, or any huge prominent tech companies have open policies of not hiring white men. It's not like a college recently allowed all the white students to be forcibly kicked off campus, and white faculty kidnapped. It's not as if people get censored for complaining about the extreme difference in moderation of conservative vs liberal viewpoints...

Really. Science is just science, and you're taking Reset Era's side on it. Where you get banned for discussing actual science about trans issues, and have to go with the completely unscientific narrative from the trans community instead.
Science has no politics? You are insane if you think that. Facts may be facts, but what tests are performed, what studies are funded are completely based on politics. If there are 100,000 studies on how humans are causing global warming, and only 1 study on whether maybe humans aren't causing it, it doesn't even matter what the results of those studies are. Just having them at all makes one seem far more valid than the other, and also means more material to advance that argument. Even if it's not true. (Please excuse the specific scientific issue here, I'm just using it as an example)

You have to understand how woke black people and their white allies think. If a black woman’s garbage sci-fi book doesn’t sell or can’t be published then it must be due to racism and sexism. What other reason could there be? Surely it has nothing to do with the story being terrible or the poor writing.

These people think black people shit gold and if they’re not making money or not represented enough then it must be due to the ‘isms.

I do, but it's mostly because I've been noticing a pattern. Thank God for Youtube and book preview sites. I do whitelist authors or developers that buck the trend, though.

Hell, I bought a book about a sniper and it was the cringiest right wing shit I've ever read. Started out strong, too. Of course, that was back before ISIS became a thing and now I'm aware of their kind of shenanigans so the book actually pales in comparison of what's in it to what those freaks do now. Funny that. Still won't pick up a book from the guy because: fool me once, shame on me... fool me twice, I shoot your face off. I don't like jail.
