Do they bother to explain what about their It Part 2 video has anything to do with white male fragility? I watched it and I have no idea where they'd get that from. I don't think they even made any jabs towards social justice this time, because it's a film about a "scary" clown and not a stunningly brave POC disabled transperson.

Fun fact: DiCaprio couldn't bring himself to say it that much, and it was affecting his acting. He had to be coached by Samuel L. Jackson to say it and say it loud and as if he was comfortable with it. Jackson also went out of his way to make his own character in the same movie as utterly disgusting as possible.

Yeah, I think I posted something about Manabyte earlier in the thread. 10-15 years ago he would have been worthy of his own thread. One of the most unbalanced posters in the GAF of the 00s, a mix of hardcore nerd sperg and bipolar fits of rage and depression.
In those days he had other jobs in the game industry, briefly, in addition to the Star Wars Galaxies gig he mentions. (He was a customer service GM on Galaxies, not a real developer.) He worked at Blizzard (WoW customer service) and Sammy Studios (QA tester) and was fired from both for leaking office gossip to his former co-workers at IGN.

I only watch RLM reviews and Half in the Bag episodes for movies I have seen/am interested in hearing about, which these days amounts to not many. I know of serial killer sex maniac jokes in the prequel reviews. Maybe I overlooked some blackface sketches or Rich punching out drag bars. My understanding, then, is that RLM has mostly stayed out of the Left vs. Right Twitter spitball fight. They even kept quiet about it during the Ghostbusters '16/James Rolfe debacle.
But one of their most common themes is desperate Hollywood marketing. In the case of Captain Marvel, they had to address Brie Larson's "I don't care what straight white male critics think" press statement and the She's a Woman trailer, because the movie was irrelevant otherwise. Beyond that, their refusal to post a 30 minute TDS circle jerk also keeps the REE cancel fires stoked.
