I'm very certain that the Hat in Time devs won't remove Jontron outright unless he does something stupid like get into another political shitstorm.
Also further adding onto the Jontron thread, seems one of the mods revealed some of the posts a user was banned for.

But his ego is so huge he never returned to the forum after his demodding. That is unless he's using an alt, which some theorize. It's against the rules but mod favorites can get away with doing it.

I agree. It's basically the line from Game of Thrones: Power resides where men believe it resides. In this sense, companies are like herd animals. If one doesn't get burned by ignoring these numbnuts, others will start ignoring them as well, especially if they can make a few bucks off of it. Btw. JonTrons new video got 2,4m views instantly, so apparently people couldn't care less.
