I love how they don't seem to care about women losing jobs and seeing their work prospects disminished just because a bunch of whiny, self-hating (wo)manchildren on the web throw enormous tantrums at the sight of women being considered even a little sexually appealing. Modern feminism, everyone!

Not surprised either that they defend porn stars as being "in a much more empowered position" while criticizing grid girls for objectifying women. If only the women were being filmed bent over the car while the racers ran a train on them. Then they'd have the blessing and support of ResetEra.

That would require reading and also playing the game, and I'm sure they got as far as my first few times in Dark Souls where I couldn't get past the first boss (not the Asylum Demon, beat him just fine) until the run where I got a lucky as hell Black Knight Sword drop.

In other words, they probably let it go with just the "this is too hard" whine fest because that's literally all they can find. Because they SUCK.

Were the people who claimed this guy is a white supremacist Nazi ever going to buy his game to begin with? Who are they to demand that he include elements he believes are incongruous to his vision?

Also, at this rate, 2014 might as well have been the 15th century. Why are people like him and Soret getting so much shit today when they don't appear to be pro GG spergs and are actually moving on with their game making careers?

TBH alot of them completed the game,they just don't cared what the hell they were playing
Hell,some time ago a guy opened a thread explaining why for him BB should remain without a sequel and the majority of replies were all "Who cares? Give me more monsters to kill plz"

Daniel Vávra is/was unapologetically gamergate since the early days, maybe the first gamedev if not the first "wave" along with people like Mark Kern. I don't think he's ever been shy or vague about it. He lives in the Czech Republic so he's really outside a lot of the political and corporate pressures to keep his problematic fucking opinions to himself like a good thought criminal.

Therein lies the answer. Why does Zoe Quinn hang on to GG? Why does Brianna Wu do it? These people aren't successful, at least in the way they really, really want to be in some small corner of their hearts. Those are two prominent examples, but the broad generalization is, the ones that are so radically anti-GG that they carry on about it to this day can't let it go. They refuse to, to the point that it almost seems like they are emotionally and mentally unable to let it go. Like GG was these turbospergs war flashbacks or something and they're reliving it every day, or purely just because bitching about it is the only way they feel they can remain relevant.

Then you have game devs like these who are pretty much just "Welp, GG was a thing, got super big, I was in support of it, but it's done. Now this new game I want to dedicate to making now needs all my attention"

They moved on because they have goals to meet, things to accomplish like the next title under their belt. Meanwhile the extreme anti-GGers look at these people making new games, it clicks in their heads that they supported GG, and those horrible, gosh darn terrifying turbosperg war flashbacks flood back in and they go berserk and can't leave it be. They HAVE to burn all the witches.

That's what many of their lives have become. Some of them are probably ruled by the memory of GG so much that insane comic related to GG may not be far from reality for them.
