Oh, sure. But ResetEra is the sort of place where if The Last of Us Part 2 hadn't won their game of the year there'd be rumblings about transphobia and homophobia and anti-Semitism rather than just ... people liking another game better. It had to win.

As much as this makes sense on paper, it doesn't really seem to hold. People are much more polite when the other guy can haul off and punch you in the mouth without worrying about you having a gun. People are generally far less polite when guns are involved because they know only a demented spastic would pull a gun over being called names, so they have a far higher safe threshold for rudeness.

That's not to mention how many unstable crazies exist in the population. Could you imagine if we armed all the troons? Aside from 41% attempting becoming 41% succeeding image how the its ma'am incident would have gone with an armed deranged troon. Or any troon "misgenderd" not out of rudeness but because they are minimum effort crossdressers. Or hell a troon when faced with a lesbin telling them they won't suck the girl dick, the lesbian might also be armed but someone is ending up ventilated. A totally armed society would work and be the best thing for all if people were rational, empathetic and didn't have a larger group of unstable entitled crazies, but then I suppose we wouldn't have a huge crime problem anyway.
