IS DEAD POPE FRANCIS GOOD?

No, sermon was delivered by the MC, instead of the appointed Cardinal because Bergoglio had a beef with that guy.
I looked it up and had no idea the Pope was in such bad health. Doesn't help that media often uses old photos of the guy for whatever reason. Of course his last message to the flock was about... the need to treat migrants better... *sigh*

As a born and raised Protestant... can't help but wonder if this is God's punishment for them choosing to worship an anime girl idol (and worse, one that looks like she's not wearing anything underneath her coat!) instead of the True Lord.
I think you're maybe being a bit too harsh. Some of the Luce memes have been fantastic.

And condemn antisemitism!
Nothing about the Christians being butchered by globohomo puppets in Syria.
Meanwhile the Russian state is funding a media project called "12 Temples" that aims to create "12 films about important Orthodox religious sites in Russia and the foundations of Christian belief". Of course this is propaganda driven by realpolitik as opposed to belief, but it's always interesting what different cultures are putting a focus on.

As a Protestant, pope stuff is irrelevant to me. But man, I sure hope they get one who actually defends the faith and leads it properly. I may not agree with Catholicism, but they deserve someone who actually preaches and practices what's actually fucking taught. I don't give a fuck what branch of Christianity you're in, if you have religious leaders, especially one as important as the pope, get someone who isn't a cuck.

In the case of russia it's making sure every church has at least one icon of saint stalin.
The russian orthodox church is just an other department of the state.

Coincidence that he died on the day after Easter. Maybe someone finds that symbolic?
Does anyone know if he was well enough to deliver this Easter's sermon?

I'm also not a fan of the "Commie Pope", but I respect the office and the church that Catholic built. Do practicing Catholics grieve or care much about the Pope's passing besides all the political bullshit (within and outside the church) that's about to go down?
Probably wanted to see one last Easter Sunday.

I believe the next Pope will be the same as the last, he will come from central or south America again because that is where the most Catholics are located. Francis wasn't even Hispanic his parents were Italian immigrants. Maybe this time the next Pope won't be a communist embarrassment.

This is why he (or, she?) should come from someplace else, like Asia or Africa. Instill pride and expand presence in still-burgeoning markets via associative attachment.

(This probably won't happen, but it's an interesting idea.)

If you're questioning your faith over one subpar Pope then you either know nothing of our Church's history or your faith is very weak.

I understand why people don't like Pope Francis, and I'm not exactly thrilled with him either, but the Catholic Church has survived far, far worse Popes in the past.

You also need to understand that being clergy, even being Pope, doesn't make a man any less of a fallen, sin prone, being. That is the human condition.

If you truly believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, then you should know that his word is truth itself, and Christ declared that the gates of Hell shall not triumph against his Church. There is nothing any given Pope, no matter how bad they may be, can do to make Christ a liar.
You literally don't need the church. Follow 10 commandments, avoid 7 sins, don't trust bankers, any problems go meditate on it (deserts are optional)

Your info is outdated. All of Stalin's icons have long ago been replaced by St Putler.
More then half of the current Cardinal electors aren't from Europe so it is a possibility. Asia has 23 and Africa has 18.
Rooting for a Chink Pope. Let's fucking goooooo!!!

My final comment on the Pope subject:
His foreign policy and general ideology was bad, because it has weakened the authority of the Vatican counsil in the eyes of traditionalists.
I understand that his mission was to seduce people with a progressive/modern discourse.
But at the same time he kind of compromised the structural integrity of the Church by mixing his political ideology and the pillars of Christian faith.
Certainly, he had good intentions, when proclaiming that "taking the vaccine was an act of faith" or that "everybody should be tolerant and kind toward unregulated/invasive immigration". He certainly did flipflop a lot around the Palestinian situation with Israel, at the same time being compassionate toward the civilians being killed by Tsahal, but also condemned the "concerning" rise of antisemitism around the world. He didn't talk much about the Christians being massacred by the "moderate"(according to the MSM) jihadist who took power in Syria.
This Pope was more concerned about virtue signalling his political correctness to the media echo-chamber. I just hope that the next one won't be a DEI hire based on recommendation from some shady counseling agency.

In conclusion:
Bergoglio did some good economic reform for the clergy, everything else just weakened the structural integrity of Catholic Christendom.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.”

-John 15:18–19
