Say it with me, ladies: Swoon.

Aside from the awesome callout in the comments, can we just appreciate that this Nice Guy just called women "dumb bitches"? And that the image macro was from fucking 9gag?

Girl: Can you help me with math? I would really appreciate it!
Nice Guy: Of course, m'lady!
*start studying math, girl casually brings up her boyfriend*
Nice Guy: Typical female behavior, always having an ulterior motive. She's totally using me! And after I got my hopes up that she would give me a blowjob!

Also, a great commenter on the subreddit where I found this had this to say: "Interesting how much people who have ulterior motives for friendship are shocked when other people don't have ulterior motives for friendship."

And I saved the cringiest for last. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you "Niceguy sends 5 page love letter to my friend after she tells him to leave her alone, complete with quotes from his own book."

I can't actually make that out, I have really bad eyesight. Can someone gimme the highlights? But what has to go wrong in your brain to think that the correct response to being told "leave me alone" is "send a 5 page missive on my love for someone who just told me they're not interested?

I think you've done it. I think you've found something more pathetic and passive aggressive than Chris + Sarah Life Shares and Sonichu 2 combined.

The sad thing is, even if it was, he STILL won't see what he's doing wrong...." it's HER who's now got the courts involved, for NO REASON AT ALL!!!! Why does she keep doing this to meeeeeeeeeee?!?!?!?!? "

I blame the "everyone is special" school of self-esteem that was popular throughout the 90s and early 2000s. It taught an entire generation that they're entitled to be happy, and by extension, to the things that cause happiness, such as a girlfriend. The sense of entitlement is so strong with these guys you could power Chicago for a month of one their posts.

An entire generation of people should not be blamed for this "nice guy TM" crap. Older people (over 30) act this way as well.

I agree to the entitlement, but, I disagree it's something unique to Xers or Millennials, they didn't invent massive ego in the last 30 years, it's ALWAYS been around, it's just that yesteryear's unwanted love notes and flowers are this year's e-shrines on Facebook and YouTube rants.

Now, everyone can see it, not just the woman you're bugging.

Which actually will help stamp it out. Since more people can see it, that's more people looking at the behavior and saying "not cool dude". Yes, Nice Guys will have their asspatters, but hopefully normal people will continue to outnumber them.

EDIT: It seems to be more prevalent among the younger crowd to me, but maybe that's just because younger people use social more than the old farts and that's where we're getting our data from. My generation has its share of nice guys as well, I can testify to that. I happen to know one personally who's my age (he's basically Lucas Werner if Lucas had money but still had the creepy obsession with women half his age)

I love that he immediately goes to cooking as a useful skill. In any other context it wouldn't be offensive, but considering his attitude he probably demands that any women who get the honor of meeting him know how to cook.

I can't even comment on something this full of cringe.

Who wants to bet that she didn't reply because she just didn't want to give this guy her Nintendo ID? And maybe there would be more female gamers if more male gamers weren't creepy gatekeepers like this idiot.

Just finishing off with a comic that describes Nice Guy Syndrome perfectly.
