I honestly see this in most people who lose a huge amount of weight.

Their bodies still look pretty off.

I just wonder what drives a person to live this way, constantly needing people to look and point at him even if the attention is negative
I've said before everything he does in life is for attention, starting from more "positive" things like learning an instrument and adopting veganism, to realizing making a spectacle of himself puts more eyes on him than anything good or moralist he could do
But at this point it just seems to be an addiction, I don't think he even knows why, or HAS a reason why, he needs to keep putting himself out like this
It's just a habit now

Before Dylan even got big he'd yearn for attention through celebrities and ex-porn stars.

Nick doesn't do things hoping people will fall for it in earnest, he won't "troon out" i still think it's a retarded term that doesn't work in regard to individuals outside of Something Awful but I guess the modern web just thinks it's a more 'offensive' version of Tranny or something because he knows nobody will fall for it, and if they do, that's worse, they'll just believe he's being earnest and the humor will stop- if he DOES pretend to be a transsexual, he will pick something weird and unlikely like "sloth-gender" and wear a really shitty dollar store clown wig and demand people use pasta-pastaroni-pastaself pronouns for him or some shit

It's the same way he could've done the whole "fat acceptance" thing if he wanted to, he could've pretend to be a true and honest delicate fatty and try and milk actual sympathy, but he knows those are a dime a dozen, so he went for the bombastic super obviously fake act to farm rage instad
Here too, he won't just stuff a bra and say "I'm Cathy now", he'll do something that attempts to be full blown crazy, people will immediately see through as being fake, it'll fly for maybe 3 days at most like all of his other tricks, and fizzle out
Because he already blew his load with the fat thing, he can't do much more shocking than that short of getting a fucking unicorn horn installed on his forehead

With his latest video of him showing his face-lift I lost the little remains of interest I had in him. He has ruined his come-back completely. He continues to be the lol-cow he always was.
This recent videos show what he is: boring and still lying. He said he didn't get a chin-implant as he OBVIOUSLY got one. It's this constant combination of being boring and lying that makes him insufferable.
He has nothing to offer other than eating and lies. Yes, his weight-loss is interesting but everything else has stayed the same. A vapid, lying lolcow that is having his last hurrah. His views have tanked, his reputation is ruined forever but perhaps he can live off of his savings.

y'know that phenomena when you wait a really long time to get satisfaction from something you worked for a while on, and when it finally happens you're so high off the fumes that you're no longer capable of postponing gratifications and need more and more wins right now? this is what it seems is going on with him
him shocking people by losing all that weight got to his head so bad that now he's clambering for a new "woaaah he's DONE IT AGAIN!" reaction every week, except it can't work consistently and he blew all his patience so he no longer has any left on dragging it out
he was 'three steps ahead', stopped to brag to us about being three steps ahead and fell back, now he's constantly running out of bread to catch up to us and still insist he's ahead
