It does compared to all my original GameCube controllers, they feel much more solid in comparison to the nso controller.

It feels identical in every single way other than weight. It's heavier than a wired original and lighter than a wavebird with batteries in it. The buttons, sticks, d-pad, case plastic, all exactly the same. In fact, it feels even more premium than my originals just because the texture isn't worn down on it at all.

Hold on, gamer rage is real and common? I always assumed it was limited to mentally unstable lolcows and people playing it up for laughs.
lol dude an entire generation spent their childhood menacing their CRTs with their controllers and risking dad's wrath for all the noise (yes, that generation was mostly two-parent households) over level 3 of Battletoads. There's a reason Angry Video Game Nerd resonates with his audience so well -- everyone knows that frustrated "oh yeah? well FUCK YOU!" feeling with old Nintendo-hard games.

Drag x Drive is confirmed to release August 14 for $20. I wasn’t going to get it, but for that price, I’ll at least consider it.
They should just let you plug GC controllers in, assholes.
They do. The official adapter works, analog triggers and everything. The annoying part is that you still have to press Select to open the app menu, which that controller doesn’t have.

That and it apparently only works in docked mode.

I saw one at a rural Walmart while traveling and caved. I probably shouldn't have, but a combination of FOMO and my old Switch showing its age (the back shell is literally crumbling like GPS if you're familiar with Transformers). It's a surprisingly nice system in terms of build quality (I love how sturdy the Joycon connection feels) and it runs my Switch games really well. Mario Kart sucks ass, though and if I didn't get the bundle, I'd be pissed. My only real complaint is that this thing is heavy as shit. They probably should've held off for a couple years and waited for the technology to get lighter and smaller because you could probably bludgeon a baby to death with this thing with minimal effort. I was also misled on the woke Miis, I thought that was part of the console setup but it wasn't so I don't mind, especially since I wasn't going to buy any of the pozzed Mii games anyway. So I apologize to all the soyboys I offended, I was wrong about this thing, it's pretty great.

You're ruining gaming and it's now all your fault!

Based on the price, I see this as Nintendo admitting the game is shit. No way the company that sees games as being worth $80 randomly decides that a game they have confidence in is worth $20.

Really though, from what they have shown, there is no character or design anywhere in this game. It is $20 for what looks like an asset flip title with a controller gimmick. To think, it has been over half a decade since the last real original IP from Nintendo and this is what they put out.

It's your money but I hope this retarded wheelchair game flops hard.

There's an official adapter? Is that for both Switches?

The Switch Lite is still Nintendo's best offering and I will be waiting for a Switch 2 Lite, which probably won't come out for a very long time, if ever...
I agree, Switch 2 Lite would be nice.

If you don't buy it second-hand, unironically yes.

I think the dual mouse control thing is interesting but in more of a KWOP sense than a "oh man, this is actually really fun" sense.

Okay nevermind, I'm sticking with my OG Switch and finishing my backlog...

They do but it's been out of print for a while now, you can find third-party ones easily but official ones will be an eBay-only item unless Nintendo decided to re-manufacture new units for their next Smash Bros. game.

As for them working on Switch 1 and 2 I've used mine on both, the first one for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and the second one for Gamecube NSO games because I don't want the wireless controller just yet.

Oh, I see. Well, that's good to know. I hope the official one isn't too expensive.
