This came across my youtube feed. Pretty good explanation about the failings and improvements of the Switch and how the Switch 2 is expected to have much more robust security.

I'm glad that DK launches the month after. I'm a big mark for Mario Kart, but I'm more about single player games overall.Donkey Kong Bananza is really the only reason to preorder a switch 2 rn. Mario Kart just looks okay. Fine as a side dish but not the main course you feel me? Problem is, it comes out a month after the switch 2 launches. And Kirby? Much later this year.
We’ve got past these 2 phases so far.- Nobody will buy the Switch, it's too expensive and has no games
- Of course the pre-orders will sell out, it's the fanboys and scalpers
This is where the U failed.- Of course it sold well in the first six months, but now the casuals won't buy it and it will flop
The bit that worries me honestly is the Game Key Carts. I bought so many games on Switch because loads of games I never played released on carts. This is my prediction of what is going to happen with the Switch 2 over the next few years.
on the bright side, it will for sure save me some sheckles, if it's not on the kart i don't really feel the need to buy it physically for archival purposes. The bit that worries me honestly is the Game Key Carts. If every game did DLC on the scale that Mario Kart 8 did DLC, I would have a lot fewer issues with DLC in general. A "2.0" mega update years later is fine with me.The thing with Mario Kart is after they saw success with adding DLC to a complete game years after the fact I know we will get DLC for World.
In my days, Expansion packs came in the form of "Lock-On Technology", and actually meant something. If every game did DLC on the scale that Mario Kart 8 did DLC, I would have a lot fewer issues with DLC in general. A "2.0" mega update years later is fine with me.
Like expansion packs from the old days.
Still not as good as Yuri's Revenge, though that was toward the end.In my days, Expansion packs came in the form of "Lock-On Technology", and actually meant something.
How many years will it take them to mail you the keycard so you can download your digital game?In related switch 2 news Limited Run Games (grifters for the game preservation industry) have announced their first switch 2 game, Raidou remastered. much like the normal edition it will be on game key card:

at least 5, by then the switch 2 super oled wont even have a cartage slotHow many years will it take them to mail you the keycard so you can download your digital game?
Then what is the fucking point? The entire point is ‘the whole game is on the cart and that’s why the game prices are high’.much like the normal edition it will be on game key card:
bro you don't get it, you dont want the plastic soy slop that they are selling with the non physical game? Then what is the fucking point? The entire point is ‘the whole game is on the cart and that’s why the game prices are high’.

It really got bad with 8 and 9 man, EA took what was basiclly the US pc gamers dragons quest and shot it to fuel ultima online, tragity manThe Ultima 7 expansions were good, but would have been great, if EA hadn't forced Origin to take a hatchet to them to fit EA's unrealistic development schedule. They are one of those things that you wonder "What if..."
