Judges can be punished or removed for judicial misconduct, but it takes time and the trial only ended a few days ago.

I could not be an NYC lawyer. I'd have been immediately disbarred because I probably would have lost my shit at her in the courtroom.

I cannot fucking stand the Rights of honest, hard working Americans being trampled because of some 80 IQ faggot with a gavel.
So now, a decent man is being held in one of the worst prisons in America for entirely political reasons.

NYC is very tough on guns, one of the FEW rules is that you can't build your own fucking guns in THE CITY. If you want to do that shit move to the STATE and get fucked by the ATF cucks. I would say the guy is a fucking transplant but he's 52. He should know better than to build guns in the city that was arresting people for fucking paintball guns back in '05.

It certainly seems suspect. But it's up to the police to investigate and see if he's done anything illegal. Just making a suspiciously large number of firearms is fully protected under the 2nd according to Bruen.

Article states he started this when covid hit. Guarantee the interest started because he thought SHTF was coming, many people at the time did.

Anyone else remember Hawaiian Judge talking about "Aloha Spirit" and ruling that the 2A and Bruen didn't apply to Hawaii?

Both this and that will get smacked down in SCOTUS for the obvious reason of it letting red states pull whatever bullshit they want.

I mean he and the others weren't wrong. It's just that they got the timescales off. If he started doing that shit, say, right about now, the system might have been distracted to the point where he's he's hidden in the signal to noise ratio. Even better would be to just start getting the gear ready and then use it in an year or so.
