Total New York Death.

I am interested how they found out.

As companies like Brownells or PSA don't put the word "Gun" on their packages.

I had my butterfly knives and paintball guns seized a few decades ago, the websites issued refunds (well the paintball site did, the knife site told me to find someone to accept the packages for me in NJ) - Doesn't take much to snitch. Remember , there was a period of time you couldn't buy a backpack and a rice cooker without getting a detective knocking on your door. I wouldn't put it past the ISP snitching, google or a neighbor.

It seems like there's been quite a few examples of what seems like mainly black women working in the legal field that are bereft of any principle, ethics or adherence to a proper legal frame work. I can't help but wonder if all the narratives about everything is white men being biased, the system doesn't work and corrupt. Which is now actually leading to minorities in their fields acting corrupt and biased. As they think that's how the system is meant to work. Or they're empowered and don't care to actually do the job properly and follow principles. They're in power, they do what they want. As they think that's how the system works when white men before them had the power. Also they dumb.

Ever think that these placements are done intentionally? Perhaps that's why it's caused the JEWdicial system.

I’ve been waiting for some retard to finally make it so the Supreme Court has to validate a corollary right to manufacture arms.

(I believe that would be the corollary right as you can’t force someone to sell you arms, but you shouldn’t be arrested simply for enhancing your ability to defend yourself or self arms to others. How retarded am I @AnOminous ?)

I'm not sure about the legality of all kinds of manufacture. Congress probably does have some powers to regulate that under the Commerce Clause, subject to the limitations of the Second Amendment.

I do think a corrupt, scofflaw judge literally saying "fuck the Constitution you have no rights in this court" might justify removing it to federal court. That's usually an extreme measure and rarely happens, though this is so arrogant and brazen I hope he tries it.

Usually when judges decide they want to railroad you and deny you your rights, they are also smart enough to not outright say so and have it put in the record.

It actually astounds me and renders me amazed that some little Hitler of a judge would just openly say "fuck the Constitution, the Constitution doesn't even EXIST in my court I am GOD HERE!"

And on top of that it's a fucking nigger whore.

Bumping this thread because Taylor got sentenced to ten years.

Judge Darkeh could've given him 3.5 years as a minimum but she chose ten because apparently she couldn't handle the fact people were making fun of her online. So whatever you do, don't hurt her delicate little feelings or she might take it out on a random person and act like it's your fault they got life in prison.

Liberals in our legal system need to be purged at all cost.

That is disheartening. He didn't do anything wrong. I hope they make fun of her more online.

Black women tend to have massive chips on their shoulder and, given any amount of power, will use it vindictively on random White men.

Edit: this dude was Black, but you know what I mean.

This is downright tyranical, is there no way to take this to the Supreme Court?

This is like, blatant abuse of power and unconstitutional. She should be removed as a judge and never do legal practice again.
No. He'll be in prison for several years as this works its way through, unless the Appeals court grants in emergency injunction. Which they won't.

The fastest way would be to file an immediate civil rights complaint in Federal Court. But this would be in the Democratic Party controlled Southern District of New York, so good luck with that.

Any, and I mean any, question on the constitutionality of a court proceeding can be immediately filed in the Federal Appellate Court that has jurisdiction, and appealed all the way to the Supreme Court because the US Supreme Court is the final arbiter of what is constitutional, and what is not; given this was a criminal prosecution with penalties that resulted in incarceration it is more likely SCOTUS would grant certiorari than not (also he's black). At any point an appeals court, state or Federal, may vacate silly Judge Shaniqua's hissy fit of a ruling in whole or in part, order his release pending his appeals, order a retrial with instructions or he may also be able bail out pending appeals. At worst he'll have to wait in prison until a final decision is made.

You are confusing the appeals process of a trial court's ruling with a writ of habeas corpus which prisoners can fall back on after all their appeals have been exhausted when a violation of the US Constitution is alleged.

FYI the Federal Appellate District for Manhattan where the trial took place would be the Southern District, Eastern is Brooklyn. Southern can have jurisdiction over Eastern. Don't ask why.

No I wasn't. Did you even read what I wrote? Where the fuck did you get "writ of habeas corpus" out of it.
