Teaching Project (I highly recommend people read this, it's very important)

This is one of the projects:
Project Title: "What Will I Be Urgent About?": Teaching Students to Be Activists

It reminds me of that "turning consumers into ambassadors" shit except this is political. I'd say i cannot believe this shit is happening but clown world and all that. Fucking up an entire generation will most definitely not have catastrophic cascading consequences in a few decades.

Did I read it wrong? It says Trump has 40% favorability and Biden has 52%- hardly a match
It's still a lead that isn't hard to make up on the day AND remember what happened last time around; people lied who they were voting for because it was in vogue to dunk on trump and to call any of his supporters every mean-man synonym under the sun. Couple that with their balancing and once you have the background, it looks like four more years is on its way.

We'll be in the extraordinary position where for the first time in forever, American news media will start to have no ability to commentate on the American citzenship. News media could currently tell us the whole truth of that which it reports, but lying can fit a narrative. Now, should this kind of project focus become highly successful and highly supported (Gee guys what do we want for our next PSHE/Home Ec./Citizenship materials? Oh, check out this thing from the New York Times, would you believe?), human interaction itself will be turned into the isomorphic equivalent of the Oscars constantly pushing Black Panther since its release. Buzzwords and nothings while lead paint and water pipes poison children, the individuals in the deep state that are aware of this naturally developing social programming taking this opportunity to expand the panopticon around this new even louder vocal minority, homelessness and crime skyrocket in sanctuary cities, mental health goes unconsidered lest it even slightly explain the behaviour of one of the hundreds of school shooters, and God only knows what else. Just for how such a generation could let itself go abused. How could such a generation form the next generation of the mainstream media and have that media even be able to not follow the narrative? How could such a generation not lie about the nature of the state of things? It couldn't.
The best part is that if America sneezes, Britain catches a cold; all these problems and worse for not having as many resources to fight against it would be over here by the next generation after this first occurs, at the very latest.
AND, this is all while the Coronavirus has caused so much economic damage, Britain has seen the largest drop in GDP ever.
SWEET DREAMS LADS

How can you be surprised by this shit. Universities were doing this for decades and its hitting mainstream now

I am not necessarily surprised but more worried that shit like this is pushed actively by institutions not even remotely connected to academia.

Don't want to power level but I am pretty far away from burger land. I went to an IT university that had little to do politics and even in high school there was an incident where a student put flyers on the desks (not sure if it was left or right leaning at this point) and our principal was pissed off that anything political was going on in the school grounds. Most teachers whose leanings I know were left leaning but they never actively disclosed it.

Only time my university went a actively political was when the current government's reelection meant that our school's funding would be frozen, I don't know why at that point we only heard gossips. Even then it was a *wink wink* go vote please situation and we weren't told who to vote for just go and do our civic duty. And coincidentally when the same people remained in office after reelection our school enacted a no-hiring policy and they went on to hire more students for lesser pay, which means that the next generation of students learn not from professionals in the field but almost no experience masters students.

Yeah, but training session for public school teachers it a little different. Private universities is one thing, like how a private school could be religious based while that's not allowed for a public school--it is what worries me, that they want to put a bias into public school education. They're not directly implementing it, but they are offering help for teachers to implement it in their own classes. We will see what happens.

check out this roster of school writing topics. Not sure what it's for, it's old anyways, but still interesting in context.
The public colleges have been partisan for decades, not just the private ones.

The tl;dr is that a vast, majority of blacks tend to vote the same. Even Latinos are less monolithic. This is common voting behavior for a 'besieged minority' that is one that (correctly or incorrectly) judges survival based on their vote; the minority can be a ruling minority (see: Iraqi Ba'athists).

in this, If you are a democrat, getting even a fractional percentage of the black vote out could mean the difference between victory or defeat. IF you are republican, if you could get that 13% to vote less like a block and much closer to 50/50, you wouldn't need to do anything else.
Realistically though the Blacks will never vote 50/50, so for Republicans depressing their turnout by convincing them not to vote in a election is usually what I would call a success for them. Even having them vote less than 90% Democrat because of third party candidates and lowered turnout instantly can flip entire States to the Republicans.
The black vote can make or break electoral victories in most swing states. One of the reasons Hilary lost was because blacks did not turn out in the same numbers they did for Obama. This is also why the polls were so off, because their models had the black voter turn out to be the same as for Obama. If you look at the swing states in play this year (MI, PA, WI, FL, and MN), there are enough blacks in most those states that Trump getting 15-20% of the black vote at usual black voter turnout would give him an electoral landslide.
Is this why people like Candace Owens are pushing things like #WalkAway and #Blexit and "leaving the plantation"?

Eh, sort of. Its more of... what's the term? She is trying to panic the Dems into cucking under harder to avoid losing their big black caucus.
Pull blacks away from Dems, make the dems have to work harder to keep them in party line.

Safety. People don't want to be harassed for saying they'll vot for Orange Hitler. Contact info is probably saved from polls. People dont want to end up on a list.
100% truth. I did work for the "market research" industry for years and I can tell you from experience they will hire absolutely anybody who walks in sober for an interview to work the phones. There is practically zero vetting and massive turnover. Interviewers have direct, immediate access to the name, phone number and (almost always) mailing address of every person they talk to. All it would take is a quick snapshot with a cell phone camera for anyone you talk to who answers questions in a way you don't like, and by the time you get caught and fired, you've probably gotten dox on a dozen people or more (and gotten paid a pittance for the privilege).

Beyond that, responses are kept correlated with the respondent's full information in most cases (by the client's request) and it is absolutely the case that political polls use that polling information to inform their future behavior (which districts to focus on, where to focus ads, etc.). There is practically nothing stopping a campaign worker from obtaining and leaking the names of every person polled who says they'll vote for Trump.

Keep in mind there was a concerted effort a couple years ago to dox literally every person who donated to the Trump campaign (because that information is publicly available), too. These people are fucking insane and they are quite literally trying to cancel people entirely for supporting our duly-elected president for re-election.

There's no way in hell I'd ever tell a pollster I'm voting for Trump. I don't want my house burned down, my tires slashed or my pets poisoned.

Still going to vote for him though and gloat when he wins.

Normies will never see or hear about any of this stuff, that's what's so goddamn depressing about these leaks. No matter how much hard evidence we find, they'll continue to eat the MSM propagandist slop day after day like the retarded cattle they've always been. FFS how many people still believes that Trump is a Russian asset because Maddow told them so. It's all so tiresome...

Well that's because the American public school system is built off the Prussian Model, which encourages loyalty to the State; In America this translated to loyalty to the American Federal Government.
The school system functions perfectly fine. All this bullshit of "it was based off of a bad system" is bullshit because 90% of states in the world are based off that "Prussian" model. The Chinese do good in school "despite" their education being focused on loyalty to the communist party, and the Japanese, Russians and every other country does well when their model is focused on loyalty to the state.

there is another factor. When you look at the grades of European Americans and compare them to the grades of Europeans there's basically no difference; Europeans do as well as Europeans. When you compare black and hispanic grades to their counterparts outside America you, unsurprisingly, find that they do the same.

The reason American school grades appear to be lower is that America has a large dark population compared to Euro countries who are mostly ~80% white. You sucking in school has nothing to do with the system you were taught under. If you suck in school it's your fault, not the "system"

Oh don't get me wrong; I can see the point of such a system -- In Prussia and in other Monarchies. However, the result of exporting such a system into a Democratic Republic was disastrous; You basically ended up with militant Democratic Trotskyites who think that Democracy is the natural base-line of humanity taking over US foreign policy by WW1, and from then on they constantly were surprised when removing monarchs and dictators would only lead to anarchy and then even more totalitarian movements taking control.
