The International Committee of Competitive Spree Killing's mission statement is to provide a statistical analysis of spree killings worldwide. However, just for the hell of it, it also serves as virulent satire again idiots who would blame everything in sight for acts of spree killing when they honestly don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

Any allusions to a supposed "league" of spree killers who compete with one another to amass the most kills are completely unfounded and false. As far as this organization is aware, such a league does not exist. In the event that such a league does exist (which we are unable to verify), this organization does not claim to support or accept support from it. Although, who really does know what is going on in the mind of a spree killer?

Rather than condoning or condemning incidents of spree killing, the organization's official viewpoint on this issue is that, not only do contemporary society and culture do very little to prevent such acts from occuring, but that considering murder an acceptable response towards any particular situation in life is a universally human behavioral trait.

Finally, the committee and its creator do not support or encourage violence and will not accept responsibility for the actions of anyone who claims to be a member of the committee or support it.

Assassination, honor killing, negligent homicide. Consensual homicide, ritual murder, vehicular homicide. How do you feel like killing someone today? It seems that human beings never seem to be at a loss for words when it comes to establishing a two word phrase that for the most part describes yet another method of murdering other human beings. When you take into consideration the fact that we have all of these different words to describe a particular type of homicide, something quickly becomes apparent: people are fascinated by murders and killers.

Homicides are like snowflakes; none of them are exactly the same. Perhaps this is part of the appeal of putting time into the study of killers and their motives. Don't try to convince yourself that you aren't one of the people that is interested in this dark little cranny of esoteric knowledge; otherwise you wouldn't be reading a website dedicated to compiling a list of the best killers the world has ever seen. Either that or you are looking for someone or something to blame for the loss of your dearly beloved. You are in luck if that is the case because we are just as interested in the motives of murder as you are.

Many things need to be taken into consideration when trying to label an act of murder as a spree killing. Where was the murder committed? How many people were killed? How long did the killings take? Was the murderer motivated by political or religious reasons? Did the event occur in a war zone? Or did the perpetrator simply feel like killing as many people as possible?

The U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics defines a spree killing as "killings at two or more locations with almost no time break between murders." As you can see, this is a fairly ambiguous definition (especially the "almost no time break" part). For simplicity's sake, lets simply say that some person decides to kill as many people as possible in the fastest time possible.

The International Committee of Competitive Spree Killing generally disqualifies the following from being listed as a spree killing on the Top 40 Killing Sprees:

  • Killings perpetrated by more than one individual or with the assistance of another individual.
  • Killings that are the result of an explosive device and nothing else.
  • Killings conducted over twenty-four hours apart from one another.
  • Killings conducted in a war zone.
We aren't going to encourage you to go out and kill all of these people. If perchance somebody does, the moral panic that results will mostly likely get word to us that we need to update the list.

"Sigvatr became infamous for developing an independent video game called "Muslim Massacre" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mus... for maintaining a "high score" list of spree killings at http://spreekillers.org/ (now online at http://www.spreekillers.ch/), and for creating a low-quality Web comic called "Electric Retard". He seems to have vanished from the Internet after being banned from SA in 2009"

Have you played short game where you explore the house? Really weird shit.

I'm personally a fan of this house has people in it because there is so much information to uncover as opposed to Unedited footage of a bear.

Hello, and welcome to my homepage. My name is Ulrich Haarbürste and I like to write stories about Roy Orbison being wrapped up in cling-film. If you have written any stories about Roy being completely wrapped in clingfilm please send them to me and I may put them up on the site. If you have a site with stories about other pop stars being wrapped in cling-film mail me and we can exchange links.
http://www.babycakes.com

a site literally dedicated to a woman's cat.

http://www.stillborn-angels.memory-of.com

a bit depressing, shows pictures of stillborns.

Back in 2008 there was a URL I couldn't outright memorize without having to write it down first (nonsensical order of alphabetical and numerical characters), it was one of those 2001-HTML collections of numbers station recordings.
