Obama did many worse things and he's free as a bird. He literally spied on Donald Trump in 2015 based on literally fraudulent claims which he obviously knew were fraudulent. Donald Trump is not "ensuring doubt" in democracy any more than he "sows doubt" in the media. He didn't create that dissent, he tapped it.
