She already recused herself from the preliminary injunction before the election because there "wasn't time" to read a 100 page brief.

ACB has no loyalty to Trump, only to the RINOs that put her name on his shortlist. Roberts has already concurred with the PA Supreme Court allowing shenanigans.

It means a lot more than if Trump would have kept it.

GA is going to be a fucking longshot in court. He's gotta absolutely pray that there's just a fuckton of ballots that get spoiled in a recount (which itself is a longshot).

PA is the only one with a decent chance in the courts specifically because they're supposed to have tracked ballots that would be invalidated in case that lawsuit is successful.

AFAIK GA and WI didn't do that (their court cases were settled before the election) so there's no real way to tell exactly which ballots could even be invalid (again AFAIK). So even if his case had merit there isn't much of a practical remedy for it.
