There's about 250 poll workers in Michigan alone that have filed affidavits stating they witnessed tampering and fraud. That's under oath.

Lawyers are, generally speaking, some of the most spineless and cowardly people in our society. It's not surprising at all that some of the less established lawyers on trump's legal team have acted like rats on a sinking ship.

So, I did some digging on that, and I can't find the full context behind Giuliani saying "This is not a fraud case." - conveniently left out by the NYT. Curiously enough, they also give similar quote in reference to a dispute discussing a measly 562 votes by an apparent "Trump" lawyer, which is obviously small fry.

When he did say that though, he was in Pennsylvania. I don't believe he's been in court in any of these other places, or even really gotten into it in Pennsylvania. That was another key point in the press conference.

I will say though - no matter what, what these lawyers say and the results afterward absolutely have an impact on their credibility. Maybe Giuliani can ride off into the sunset either way, but I don't think Powell or Ellis are keen to harpoon their careers or reputations in law.

The lawyers from I forget which state case said "to my knowledge at this time, no" in the transcript which is actually an open ended "no" to the existence of evidence. The point of that case was to trigger an audit based on discrepancies and irregularities not to accuse a person/group and prove fraud, that will be an entirely different case which they will require mountains of evidence to prove along with intent and building such a case typically takes years and they have a month. So given the time frame and the obvious fuckery, they can only do so much in the courts right now without shooting themselves in the foot by making allegations they cannot prove- yet.
