It's an awkward language to translate, Null said that word for troon on MATI during DKF. It would literally mean "male girl", because the whole thing is a pun on "boy". They just replace the character for "child" in "male child" with the character for "daughter".
Similar to how "girl" is used instead of "woman" in English for sexual contexts, they'll use "child". To express this usage in writing, they'll then write "child" as "daughter" in the same context. Troons then extend that usage to the word for boy, making this fucking monstrosity of a wordplay.
