When you read male bugchasers' stories about bugchasing, about getting/giving someone HIV, it's almost 1:1 with male-written stories for the impregnation kink. The bugchasers have stolen a lot of "breeding" terms to use, but I think the real answer is that both fetishes are about corruption.

Which makes sense when you're talking about getting hot for catching HIV, but is concerning when that's the context in which someone sees pregnancy.

Fun fact one of the biggest isekai manga/visual novel that's popular with moids is literally just that

God, I hate it how the fans try to sell that story as a redemption story or tell you "Just wait for turning point 4 and you will feel silly about yourself:smug:". They will tell you that Rudy being an adult doesn't count, because he is reborn as a child (even though he kept his memories and fully understands them) or he is mentally stunded, because of bullying. (No kidding people actually use that as a defense)

On that note: Gott Strafe Japan for using mediveal fantasy aesthetic for japanese moid slop and turning european historical figures into coomerbait for otakus.

On one hand, I really want to like it. I’m a huge fan of the whole 'taken-to-a-different-world' concept, but I just wish it didn’t always revolve around the main character ending up with a harem of incredibly powerful women fighting for his attention.

One of my favorite isekai anime is The Vision of Escaflowne—this time, it’s a girl who’s transported to another world, and they have mechas. Lots of them. I highly recommend this one; it’s a bit old and looks somewhat dated, but it still holds a special place in my heart
