Colourblindness is in the X chromosome, not the Y chromosome. Men are more likely to be colourblind because they only have one X chromosome so if the colour vision gene in it is messed up then the colourblindness manifests in them. But with women, since we have two X chromosomes the second one can step in and act as a backup if something is wrong with the first one, so for a woman to be colourblind she has to have two copies of the messed up colour vision gene instead of just one, which is much rarer.
