This is something that's probably (at least to some extent) regional, but I don't know how many younger women turn to traditionalism vs. hard-left pickmeism.

In my personal experience, which may not align with general reality: if we define "younger women" as "early millenials", then I think some of them are turning cottagecore-trad. If we define "younger women" as "late zoomers", though, you'd be hard-pressed to spot even the slightest tinge of conservatism. Female socialization breeds an urge/feeling of obligation to be "nice" and inoffensive, which is why so many young women (thinking of ages 17 through 25) go all-out shilling for BDSM, trannies, and other sundry things that harm women as a class. They're afraid to speak out against these things for fear of offending anybody that falls into those groups. They also want people to like them, so they won't go against anything that mainstream liberal media characterizes as "correct".

It's like when you go to a new website, and it gives you that pop-up to opt out of cookies. If you're not lazy you'll go to "Advanced" and un-tick the boxes, but some people (young libfems, going with the analogy) don't really care and will just click "Accept all".

Among young women that do brand themselves as "trad" ... I honestly don't know if this acts as any kind of moid filter. The neo-trad label, I think, is born of the same flavor of optimism that leads women into libfeminism--"If I do all the right things, men will like me and treat me right." The difference is that, for libfems, the "right things" are allowing their partners to binge porn, sleep with other women, and abuse them during sex.
