Regular people aren't going around screaming about mudsharks and race traitors too much anymore, and I don't think too many mothers are /pol/ regulars.

Regular people wont scream at you but they will silently judge and ice you out of things. Try dating as a single mom with a obvious half black child .Nobody normal is touching you with 10 feet pole even in the more accepting countries. I do too judge men with hapa kids in here and all the women in here too . Be a the man with hapa children at parenting meeting and see how that goes for you. I am yet to see a single dad with hapa kids ever remarry or date women would not touch that with 10 feet pole.

mostly because is indicator that you cant date your level and something is seriously wrong with you, and you either use what is prised in other races and cultures ( slender white for women and citizenship in rich country for men) to get anything in the dating market .

It probably depends a lot on the couple and where you live. If both people are really attractive and from the same country and you live in a liberal area then people will probably judge you less, but if it's a 90 Day Fiance situation where it's like a really old white dude with a young Filipino woman or an old fat white woman with a young man from Morocco then yeah... There is a reason that show is so popular even among the super liberal redditors. It's fun to be really judgemental of people.

Everyone's gonna judge that kind of thing, sure, but I doubt people are going to immediately assume a greencard-marriage dynamic just because they see a biracial child, not in this day and age. Mixed marriages are pretty unremarkable where I'm from.

Heck yes. An induction is pretty brutal. It should only ever be done for absolute medical need, not timetabling. Being induced before you’re properly overdue, and don’t have a reason to (and there are valid reasons to) is one of the big causes of the intervention cascade.

Yikes... I was on the docket to get an induction at 39w 0d because it would be easier to line up perinatal care for the infant... or something. (I didn't think their reasoning was terribly sound, but I agreed.)
Fortunately, I went into labor the night before I was scheduled to actually come in for induction. I recall this weird conversation where I was on all fours on the floor from the labor pains in this little waiting nook and a L&D nurse came and cheerfully said "well since you were scheduled to be induced we can take you right to the delivery room!" Makes me worry about what the alternative would have been.

Once I got engaged to my Chinese spouse I started to get a little bit of it from my parents.

My dad was particularly afraid to go visit China because it was "behind the Iron Curtain", even though he traveled to the real USSR as a teen for tourism. He thought he would get kidnapped and held for ransom or something.

This is a really good idea. And write down the answers, and never hesitate to ask for clarification and write stuff down during an appointment if you want to. It’s very easy to go in, get bombarded with info and come out remembering none of it.
Some good phrases to have ready are things like
Why is that done?
Is there an alternative?
What happens if I don’t want that?
What happens if…. (And ‘don’t worry about it’ isn’t an answer! )

Don't let the doctors convince you to do a planned induction. I don't know if you are in the US but they love to do that in the US because it fits their schedule better if they can plan it when it's convenient for them but every woman I know who agreed to that regretted it massively. It's better to do it at 3am with a doctor you don't know but your baby is actually ready to go and you don't need any pitocin. Ofc sometimes it's unavoidable when things aren't progressing on their own but I would definitely wait for that. They also love to do C-sections in the US for this reasons, more convenient and because it's more money for them.

Have to agree that induction is less fun. My first went a week and a few days over, so was not planned for convenience (and wasn't even delivered by my intended ob, either, as it turned out, though I liked the delivering doc better so switched after), but it was an easier process without it. The pit makes the contractions steeper and harsher, and it took a natural birth off the table.

In retrospect, I'd have gone longer before induction - I went 41+, but absent some indicator of distress to the baby, I'd want to give it to 42; in my case, both baby and I were healthy, and I was reasonably comfortable all but the last week. At the time a week was pretty standard, so I pushed it a bit for an extra couple of days, but it seems more common now to allow it to cook a little longer, provided all is well. And I'd never push it if there was an indication that the baby wasn't perfectly fine.

That said, the experience wasn't at all "regrettable." Minor in the overall awesome experience of giving birth.

It was painful, yes, but look at the results!

I've been thinking about this for a while and there's no other place I can express it, so here it is. Tell me what you think of the following idea:

Men are not capable of romantic love. They pretend to love women to get free labor (sex/mommy bangmaid)

High value men (hot/rich) will use the promise of love to trick as many women as possible into free sex, if/when a HVM wants children he will enter an established relationship with an attractive younger woman long enough to convince her to birth his children. If he isn't rich, he will likely stay with her long-term to avoid child support/get free domestic labor/boost his image. If he is rich he will not stay long-term, unless to boost his image. Regardless, HVM will not be loyal, and will cheat if they think they can get away with it.

Low value men (average/ugly and not rich) will use "love", or the potential of it, to trick women into relationships so they can get free sex/mommy bangmaid they wouldn't be able to get otherwise. They deeply resent the fact that they can't have whatever woman they want like the HVM, and will often take it out on women, especially the women they're in relationships with. They would cheat if given the chance, they just usually aren't. This creates the illusion of love and loyalty.

Listening to Mati live during the troon segment had me seething once more at how women are just pushed along to get their tits cut off, to augment their body for the visual pleasure of us moids. I've said this before, and I'll say it again but most trans identifying females just need to be hugged and supported. It is not just the trans movement, but the exploitative industry that works to augment and profit off of self-perceived floors within oneself. Got A-Cups? Either become trans or get implants. It's all just such a shame, no one should feel bad for their body because of things like having small breasts.
