No conclusive evidence of Satanic ritual abuse (and its new form, adrenochrome trafficking) has ever been found. Meanwhile, innocent people have been thrown in prison over it, such as the McMartin family members, some of whom served more than ten years in prison for something that literally could not have happened in the way the children described it. People complain about how criminals have tons of rights, but that is absolutely for a reason; people have been thrown in prison and had their lives and careers ruined over unsubstantiated allegations.

For anyone who hasn't read this through, there's a random document from what should be a different FBI file thrown in here, one on McMartin preschool, in which the investigator found children's accessories (lunchboxes and the sort) dated to the appropriate times, extensive tunnels and alarms set up underground, and literal goat blood.
Obviously certain bits that the kids were coached to say (e.g. going through the toilet itself) were just that - coached or coaxed responses - but the evidence is somewhat overwhelmingly in favor of this incident being an issue.
For those unaware, this is a FOIA dump from an unrelated scandal, which seems to indicate "satanic panic" being the government-sanctioned term for encouraging the public to dismiss any related cases of child abuse as nonsense.

My familiarity with McGowan is mostly limited to his writings on 9/11, although I think his assessment of pedophilia as a form of effectively buckbreaking the general population and forcing people to defend the indefensible was very accurate. The entire Finders incident and its origins indicate to me that this was intended to be weaponized as a demoralization tool against foreign countries.
I will absolutely have to read more of his books, since there was only one released in my language back when I was first made aware of him. If you have any recommendations, please lay them on me!
Also plenty of the news articles from the 70s and 80s that used to be around discussing these things have conveniently disappeared in the past few years, including one in particular about an international organ harvest/trafficking ring being uncovered by arrests in Guatemala that was referenced in the documents. The paper that hosted it without issue until late 2021 or early 2022 now wants something like $150 for the article now, 40 years after the fact.

It's the Elliot Rodger MO being parroted more than anything, really, they have been on a vicious cycle of idolization and imitation of his anticts since a few months after the Isla Vista shootings. The guy was young, hormonal, superficial and had an inferiority complex regarding sex, even going as far as being jealous of the posibility of his younger brother stopping being a virgin before him, and getting off to the sounds of his sister and her boyfriend having sex in the room next door to him.

There's a reason why he became famous among that group while George Sodini is probably an unknown for most of them. Rodger had the right age, the right vocabulary, the internet presence, and, first and foremost, he was relateable.

The incels have not left the (most likely idealized, but they don't really care if its true or not, and I don't either) period of their lives where the expected is to go party at least once a week and women (or more accurately, teenage girls) behave like cats in heat banging every boy that gets near to them. They haven't mentally left that phase of their lives, and due to their proclivities to projection and exaggeration, they think that the rest of the world hasn't either. Because the popular guys told them that they had lots of sex, and they are prone to believe anything they are told at face value during their youth, they think that the chads are actual lady killers, and thus the girls are necessarily hoes, because otherwise the chads and incels wouldn't be that sexually different, and that's impossible.
